Hi All. New to the forum. I’m looking to purchase rapamycin via IndiaMART. Can anyone recommend a seller and specific product they’ve had success with? One seller is saying I can pay with PayPal. Is that legit?

What blood tests are people taking?, Any rapamycin specific ones?

Mine were manufactured by Iosis Remedies in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, which is associated with Ikon Remedies. The package is labelled “Sirokem” sirolimus tablets. A web search makes it seem legit, but it is a new company and I have no real way of knowing. Thanks for the list of top manufacturers. This happens to be the batch I have: https://www.reddit.com/r/Rapamycin/comments/qp2hrt/anyone_know_how_i_can_verify_this/ , but only gives me a little reassurance. As the commenter says, it’s like grading your own homework.

Rapamycin / Sirolimus Blood Test - My Results

I got the results for my second sirolimus test from Labcorp (ordered through Life Extension). My previous result measured the trough (see my Mar 3 post above) at <0.5ng/ml 7days after 3mg rapa with earlier grapefruit and fatty snack at the same time as rapa. This test was 1.75 hours after my weekly 5mg, which was taken with a fatty snack, and taken about 2.5 hours after eating 8 oz whole grapefruit. Some might interpret this as excessive rapamycin, since the GF might multiply the effect by 3 - 3.5x and the fatty snack might increase absorption by 1/3. My results: 17ng/mL, which seems right in the therapeutic range. Have others here posted results? I plan to get tested again in a couple of months to test my trough at this higher 5mg dose. Be careful on the number of tablets you order at once. People seem to have higher chance of getting their orders confiscated by US customs, when they order a higher number - e.g. 400, 500 or 600 tablets. Be sure to study this post on “Importing rapamycin”.
