According to Professor Lisant MD PhD azithromycin removes 97% of senescent cells.
Listen to the interview post above and review;
“Azithromycin and Roxithromycin define a new family of “senolytic” drugs that target senescent human fibroblasts”

Two other contract manufacturers for Doxy-Myr (The first, hodoodo.com looks like a clone of medkoo.com)

Please do not inquire quote if your intended use is for a patient since our products are for research use and for chemical synthesis use, not for human use .
Apparently this product is not for sale for the general public.

This compound Doxy-Myr has nothing to do with the DAV Therapy published in the paper/patent written about in this thread
Why do people post comments that have nothing to do with the original thread?
This just adds to people not understanding.

Yeah, but I think a lot of people are worried about possible negative effects associated with using an antibiotic like Doxy, and Doxy-myr solves that problem. It does seem like it would be the way to go.

Yeah; anytime there is a hint that someone might use a compound for self-experimentation they restrict sales.
You notice it mainly for stuff that has (allegedly) anti-cancer activity but now also (allegedly) longevity benefits.

From everything I read using Vitamin C with Doxycycline antibiotic Doxycycline and ascorbic acid, or vitamin C, was up to 100 times more effective for killing cancer stem cells (CSCs) than 2-DG , a molecule currently being tested as an anti-cancer agent in clinical trials.

Week one of “DAV” protocol-feel great! Zero side effects most likely (being an optimist) feeling great lots of energy probably a placebo!

That’s why I check blood markers after a hack like this- bc seriously I can’t tell if it’s working or not-

Claims (50)
-
An anti-aging composition comprising a combination of a first therapeutic agent that inhibits mitochondrial biogenesis and targets the large mitochondrial ribosome, a second therapeutic agent that inhibits mitochondrial biogenesis and targets the small mitochondrial ribosome, and a third therapeutic agent that induces mitochondrial oxidative stress.
-
The anti-aging composition of claim 1, wherein the first therapeutic agent comprises an erythromycin family member conjugated with a first fatty acid, the second therapeutic agent comprises a tetracycline family member conjugated with a second fatty acid, and the third therapeutic agent comprises at least one of Vitamin C and ascorbyl palmitate.
-
The anti-aging composition of claim 1, wherein the first therapeutic agent is a conjugate of azithromycin and myristic acid, the second therapeutic agent is a conjugate of doxycycline and myristic acid, and the third therapeutic agent is either Vitamin C or ascorylb palmitate.
28. A method for treating the effects of aging, the method comprising administering to a patient in need thereof an effective amount of a first therapeutic agent that inhibits mitochondrial biogenesis and targets the large mitochondrial ribosome, administering an effective amount of a second therapeutic agent that inhibits mitochondrial biogenesis and targets the small mitochondrial ribosome, and inducing mitochondrial oxidative stress through either a third therapeutic agent or radiation treatment.
- The method of claim 28, wherein the first therapeutic agent comprises an azithromycin and myristic acid conjugate, and the second therapeutic agent comprises a doxycycline and myristic acid conjugate.

From what I’ve heard, senescent cells come back after 2 weeks. Why wouldn’t you need to do this almost continuously?

What do you mean? If you kill a cell, it is not resurrected. Of course it is a constant process, new cells enter this phase, but the senescence burden is lessened. And rapamycin should slow down or prevent senescence too. So do fasting or CR. It is best to fight from different angles.

I am a whole milk drinker, so I will get some myristic acid from that.
There have been studies showing that whole milk is healthier than skim milk.
"4.1.4 Myristic acid
Myristic acid, a long-chain saturated fatty acid (14:0), is one of the most abundant fatty acids in milk fat (above 10%) (Verruck et al., 2019). This fatty acid is known because it accumulates fat in the body, however, its consumption also impacts positively on cardiovascular health."
If it accumulates in the body, do we really have to add any to the DAV regimen?
“Myristic acid is known to accumulate fat in the body, but its consumption can also positively impact cardiovascular health.”
"Myristic acid is a saturated fatty acid with 14 carbon atoms. It’s also known as tetradecanoic acid. It’s found in many plant and animal fats, including:
Coconut oil
Palm kernel oil
Nutmeg butter
Milk fat"

I do not know if both being in the body is sufficient. The patent application refers to a conjugate of doxycycline and myristic acid. A chemist may be able to explain that. I am wondering if it could be similar to a liposomal formulation, which is why the myristolated doxycycline is “more potent”. Hoping we have a chemist/biochemist among the members.

Same , have been taking since Monday the 25th of September my dosage has been
250mg of azithromycin once ever 3 day/72 hours]
100mg Doxycycline 3x a day once every 8 hour
2g minimum of Vitamin C ever 4 hours after taking the above
Nothing negative, less knee joint pain

It would be valuable to know to what degree the antibiotic regimen may impact the prevalence of various types of bacteria (bifido, lactobacillus, bacteroides etc) in the gut by testing before and after.

If you would like to pay for the testing, I am willing to be the Subject for the data.
Just an opinion, but my poop is a very good indicator of the state of my gut bacteria.
Normal bowel movements and consistency are good indicators.
Can’t use gassiness or bloating if you are using Acarbose or some other supplements.
So, pay attention to the before and after starting a DAV regimen.
