A new video interview with Mikhail Blagosklonny, probably the first researcher to strongly promote the idea of rapamycin use as an anti-aging drug that people can use safety. And he’s been using it himself for a number of years.
More details and links to his publications on rapamycin can be found on our page on Who in the Health and Longevity Field is Taking Rapamycin and Who isn’t, and Why?

I was worried because he seemed a little haggard in that video interview. He definitely looks more healthful/youthful in the beach photoshoot!

I’ve seen statins listed as anti-aging and at one time I thought Dr Blagosklonny had it on his list. Wonder why it was removed

Dennis - can you share a few details on your personal rapamycin protocol? What dosing and timing are you currently at? Do you do bloodwork occasionally to track changes? How long have you been taking it? Any side effects?
