There are no old wise men up there at the top of science.
I would have thought if you try to publish a dumb paper they wouldn’t take it but they did. Then I tried to publish a paper about PCR later which was a good paper and they wouldn’t publish it.
There’s no wise men at the top of science. The academy of science are a bunch of idiots. Editors of journals are just taking care of their jobs and details of their lives. Nobody is making sure we don’t do something dumb.

He makes a few mistakes, by my count but some great points too. Really fun to watch.

And biology PhD monkeys still continue shuffling microscopic cannon balls from point A to the receptor.

Ironically, those with the biggest contributions to the welfare of the humanity and human civilization do not focus on biceps and what do they eat for breakfast (which is another one indirect proof of “it from bit”).
