Read several studies describing how diAcCA, a synthesized, stable form of carnosic acid (which is derived from rosemary) is neuroprotective. The principal investigator is Stuart Lipton MD PhD at Step Family Foundation at LaJolla.

How does one go about obtaining diAcCA, which is under study but not yet “approved.”? or, workarounds? grind up some rosemary and stuff into capsules?

I have used rosemary to make tea. But Carnosic acid has poor water solubility. By making tea I get the rosmarinic acid from rosemary but I probably don’t get much carnosic acid.

Why not just add rosemary to food? I eat a ton of
It along with numerous other spices because I’m salt sensitive so need other ways to flavor food. Nearly all spices have some beneficial property to them.
