Can drinking LOTS of water (esp filtered for microplastics) help detox your body?

In order for this to work you would need to take it with every meal, right? If not, just do the charcoal while fasting.

I’d be a potential customer. I’d first have to learn a lot more about its effect on the small amount of nutrients it binds. If it’s not a pill, it would also need to taste acceptable for me to use with any regularity.
