Hello ! I just received my first rapamycin order 1 mg each tablets. I am a 27 year old female. Is a 3 mg a week a good dosage and does that mean that you need to take 3 tablets at once, once per a week ?

Yes. 3 mg means three tablets at once per week. You can always try a lower dose to start if you prefer. I increased mine by 1 mg per month. I started at 1 mg.

3mg/week is ok, assuming you are relatively light/low weight.

I would start at 1mg / week and work up.
