Hi-
I am in my mid 40s and have ME/CFS, POTS, and some related disorders such as small fiber neuropathy. I have been taking 6mg of rapa since last September, although I learned from blood tests in mid-November that the original compounded capsules I was taking were likely not being absorbed. I then switched over to generic tablets, and my blood levels look good.

I haven’t experienced any obvious side effects. My overall cognitive and physical stamina have been higher recently, although I can’t be sure it’s due to the rapamycin as I have also been following a keto diet and taking metformin.
