i haven’t been able to read the whole thread,
so i might be way off, but…
though i Did read that 100 to 300mg of c15:0 daily might be enough,
i could swear that i read somewhere that actually a rather large amount,
whether it said “x milligrams PER KG of bodyweight,” a day,
and that Translated to several Grams (not milligrams) a day,
or it said Outright that several Grams per day are needed -
…and this would make more sense to me, because 100mg (or even 300) a day seems like a small …and easily attainable (for anyone who consumes dairy, etc),
and that if that was all we needed, and it so common (at least in dairy), we wouldn’t see much deficiency, and/or a (very overpriced!) 100mg supplement wouldn’t make much difference…
…so (again, please bear in mind that i haven’t been able to read the whole thread, and please forgive me)
…is actually more like x Milligrams PER KG and/or several Grams per day,
the actual, optimal dose??
…i had really been hoping c15:0 could dramatically help my health …but i am already a consumer of dairy, and 100-300mg a day, i probably get …but if getting a higher amount could help me, i want to do it…
