Seems the DAV therapy as a senolytic has some good anecdotal evidence from our community. :). I wonder if the ITP or Wormbots could test it out?

You are aware that this{DAV Therapy/Protocol] was used in a study with breast cancer patients at the University of Pisa.
Why waste time with worm and mice?
Compounds are already āFDA approvedā you can go right to human phase three trialsā¦
As there is no money to be made (no IP) this will not happen anytime soon if ever.
5 weeks of treatment cost less than $50.00

I always like more evidence.

I have been cautious in reporting this as it sounds too good to be true. I have multiple sclerosis (which is in long term remission due to Mavenclad), I have suffered from continuous neuropathic pain and stiffness in my legs. I am not sure which part of this DAV therapy is being effective (anti-inflammatory or autophagy or both), but the stiffness is gone and my pain is (and continues) decreasing.
Saturday evening I took my Dasatinib and Quercetin combo and then went to gym Sunday. Today I took my 6mg Rapamycin. Feeling amazing! Calm, cleansed and a lot less stiff in all my muscles (like a budding yogi
)

Has the DAV treatment felt similar to your Dasatinib treatment in regards to results?

I have been on the D&Q routine for a few months. I noticed that the extreme headaches I used to get following a treatment and almost vanished. I put this down to catch-up senescence clearing and that my senescent cell load had diminished so that I didnāt get the headaches anymore. (There is evidence that MS leads to senescent āgarbageā build up due to the demyelinating events).
The DAV feeling I have feels more like diminished inflammation, but there is also a ācleaned outā feeling. Wish there was a simple way to track what was going on with both senescent load and inflammation - preferably in real time like with a CGM device.

Thank you - will investigate. A bit late in the journey, but might be good to start tracking long term to monitor if/when another round of DAV is need (and whether that even helps).

Thanks for keeping track of people on DAV. Very useful. Ill bookmark
Iām a new one for you to track.
I recently bought the meds with the intention of trying the DAV protocol in the spring after an extended winter trip. However, I woke up on Monday morning (30th Oct) with a sore throat. I occasionally get this if I have become a bit dehydrated overnight but this time it didnāt shift and I started coughing by Monday evening. Monday night I didnāt sleep well as I had to keep clearing my chest of phlegm. Thanks to one of the excellent videos posted by Joseph I remembered hearing Professor Lisanti saying that a āside effectā of Doxycycline (even though itās an antibiotic) was that it could actually stop a virus from replicating.
So after my bad nightās sleep I thought what the hell, letās give the DAV protocol a try now. I took 250mg of Azithromycin at 06.30 and then 100mg Doxycycline at 07.30, followed by around 700mg of Vitamin C powder (mixed into my spirulina / cacao morning drink) at 08.00. I then went to the gym. Did a pretty much normal workout for me although slightly less weight which I put down to fighting this virus and the lack of sleep. I have done all my usual activities for the day but I am still having to clear phlegm regularly. My next Doxycycline and Vitamin C dose is due at 20.00 and I am then going to keep it at exactly 12 hour intervals for the next five weeks. I am using a scoop for the Vitamin C powder which is why I have erred on a slightly higher dose. I figure that would do less harm than not getting enough Vitamin C and I am getting some Vitamin C from my food anyway so the levels are probably not absolutely critical.
I have also significantly upped my probiotics intake to try and protect my gut microbiome as much as possible. Other than that I havenāt changed my daily stack at all. I have been taking Rapamycin every two weeks (last dose was 22nd October) but I am going to use this five weeks as a Rapa vacation (I really donāt like the idea of ingesting three antibiotics concurrently).
So far, no side effects to report. Itās probably a placebo but I think I would normally feel a lot more tired with a virus than I do right now (especially after very little sleep) but itās early days. Apart from the Rapamycin which I started in May of this year I am struggling to remember the last time I actually took any antibiotics. It must be at least 20 and possibly even more than 30 years ago.
I will issue progress updates if anything changes. Thank you to everyone on here for all the fantastic information and progress updates. It has given me the confidence to give this protocol a try.

I received my Azithro and Doxy from India today. Neither the orange & brown capsules/Vikram Labs (doxy), nor the yellow-beige round Azithro tablets/Laborate have an imprint code on them that would allow me to use a pill finder to independently ID them. What do people think?
They look exactly like the ones I received from Jagdish Nikose who has been a trusted supplier and is actually a pharmacist. He is not willing to sell anything dodgy.
When buying from India we have to take things with a certain amount of faith.
These are the ones I am taking with my DAV routine.

I was able to increase my acsorbyl palmitate to 500mg without any issues within the first week so you can make that update for your records if youād like. In the past I havenāt been able to tolerate very high doses of C but for some unknown reason itās no longer bothering me.

One thing I forgot to tell from my experience of the DAV protocol is that I have struggled with a tennis elbow for the last 2 years, slowly it has improved but it was about 15-20% left of the tendonitis, enough to be annoying and needed straps when played sports. Now this is 100% gone. I have no idea on how the biology of this works, but it is quite strange that antibiotics would help with this.

I am very sure that the Indian pharmacist may be sending you the cheapest generic available. If you have option to ask the vendor for exact brand name that would be better. You may want to use the following link to search and look for alternative brands thats available within generics.[Buy Rapacan 1mg Tablet 10'S Online at Upto 25% OFF | Netmeds] They will not ship to you but atleast you will know what brands to ask for.
Please note, not all generics are equal. Some companies will be highly reputed public companies(safer options) and some will be obscure unknown names with tons of FDA observations on their factories. When we buy here in India we ask for the big names only.
