I think that you can look at the BUN trend line over many many measurements, but mine varies significantly from measurement to measurement based on my protein intake. I see no correlation with my rapamycin intake. There may be one, but I do not see it.

Rapamycin increases my creatinine and BUN. If I do bloodwork when I’m on a week break from Rapamycin all my biomarkers are better and especially those on my renal panel. It may not translate well to those who don’t have a transplanted kidney.
