I have followed a number of these new tests with interest. I foresee a time when advanced screening will obviate current forms of treatment but I don’t think that time has arrived.
It is difficult to find published data on false positives, which have the potential to cause several different kind of harm including psychological stress and its downstream impacts, and unneeded tests, some of which can lead to accidental death.
One would be interested in several kinds of false positives and the most important of them is scarce to non-existent with current tests.

It will only get better and more useful with time. Exciting stuff! Cancer has always been the wildcard in longevity and it’ll be good to remove it.
I agree and I expect the mRNA vaccines to be game changers in prevention and treatment for many cancers. At times it is difficult to believe that today’s prevalent treatments are not far removed from bloodletting and carving holes in skulls.
