If this works in humans as well as it does in rats, scaling will still be a major hurdle to overcome before this treatment could become widely available.
I just can’t imagine that there are enough piglets on the planet to extract enough exosomes for everybody.
The real money might go to whomever can patent the techniques needed to scale. I suspect the issue with antbiotics could be a contamination thing, since we are talking about filtering blood. I think someone mentioned bioreactors earlier (maybe that’s a better long-term solution).
In any case, none of the above can happen without proving E5 can help humans first. I’m kind of hoping that Dr Harold engages in some more self-experimentation.

I think the best way to improve mitochondria is using endogenous systems. Some transplant at times may be useful perhaps moreso ala Mitrix Bio.

Great update thanks. They couldn’t find rats already 25 months old anywhere? So they will be watching these rats grow till June 2026. The oldest Sprague Dawley rats they could find anywhere in the world was 9 months old. Incredible. You would think the suppliers would have every age in surplus. What a world.
The other thing I think I heard is that DONOTAGE.org supplied nearly a third of the money to make it go. $25000.
I’m willing to bet small amounts that it can’t be replicated. Hope I’m wrong but dying to know. I sent them money, but they didn’t mention it (it’s ok trust me.). Lol

That’s one thing I like about DONOTAGE. They donate to longevity research. They also have high-quality products and the least expensive NMN powder on the market. I know not everyone likes NMN, but it works for me by giving me extra energy and removes jetlag when I travel. They helped fund Dr. Stanfield’s Rapamycin trials too. I also buy CA-AKG from them.
If you order from them, always use a 10% off code like BRAD or RYKER. Most of the other supplements are cheaper on Amazon or iHerb, but DONOTAGE’s products are of the highest quality IMHO. You don’t need to worry about fakes.
