Do you think it is to risky to take Rapa and work in a Hospital?

I think any concerns are going to be dose-related and dosing frequency related. The higher the dose (in terms of mg/kg) the greater the risk, and the more frequent the dosing the greater the risk.
At the typical once weekly dosing, and at lower to moderate mg/kg (e.g. 3mg to 5mg once per week for a medium sized person) doesn’t seem to be an increased risk as per this paper:

Don’t think work in a hospital puts you at higher risk for much. I know with COVID, at least one study showed health care workers were more likely to catch it away from work.

It seems more riskier not to take Rapamycin.
