Crap. The picture shows that 3 out of the 4 didnāt start soon enough. It proves that rapamycin may slow down aging, but there is certainly no age reversal.
For us older folks, we must continue to look elsewhere for age reversal.

Hahahaā¦ exactly Charles. Thatās a pretty much glam shot of Matt Kaeberlein. In his most recent video, I was actually looking at him thinking how much we look alike in skin and such. And, Iām a good twelve years older.
Which is why I lament starting at 60 instead of at 50 years.
Butā¦ no complaints because I think I have gotten great reversal. In the four years that Iāve been using my body has completely rebuilt itself every muscle every structure. So it makes sense that everything in your body should have at least the same appearance and not too much moving forward in age.
I am never challenged when I tell others I am 50 years old. My skin, hair, musclesā¦ posture. But then, when I reveal that I am actually sixty six years old, theyāre literally shocked.
I think rapamycin will hold you at the age you are at when you take the medication. I was just in a very good place at sixty yearsā¦ having just really focused on muscle resistance, starting TRT and a better diet of protein.

How early one has to start in your opinion for age reversal?

I donāt know. Looking at my own life, I would have liked to stop aging in its tracks at age 25. So, I guess anything older than that I would be looking for age reversal.
