It sounds like you’re saying “dosing increases” are what most do.
But how far do we go?
I’m 60, birthday in a month 
I’ve probably taken Rapmycin, titrating up from 1 mg - to current dose of 6 mg. I’ve stayed at 6 mgs for no other reason than it seems to be a dose that many people take. I tolerate it fine. I’m sure I could increase without any side effects. But should I? Would it be more helpful?. I deal with chronic inflammation stuff for past two decades and therefore have pain intermittently and everywhere, randomly. Lotta adjectives:)
I will say that physically, I’ve started to feel a bit stronger which makes me jollier:)
I need to reword that.
I’m not muscle strong but if I feel better/good at anytime of the day or night, I do the “dance of joy”, catch up on everything I have left around to grow science projects on, then pass out cuz I overdid it.
Viscous cycle, I know, but family predisposition seems to dictate I behave this way, despite what I know will follow.

So on your chart, I fall into the highest % with weekly doses and again, at 6mg dose w/the highest percentage.
I wasn’t
that I am supposed to take a Rap vacation. It sounds I should in this group. However, it’s not indicated everywhere I’ve read researched.
I’d love to hear if/why people take a Rap vaca.
I’ll adjust accordingly if I’m moved:)
Also, should I add another mg weekly to reach a certain dosage for most benefit? I can get a blood test of your choosing, do now, and again if I increase. Just tell me what I’m looking for/at.
I am generally told by my treaters that I’ll need 2x as much of any med or nutrient I do trial with as I’ve tried so many approaches.
My protocol is to try whatever I learn about that may help, give it a reasonable time period to know if I should stay on or not, then usually ditch it cuz it didn’t help.
What do you think about increasing dosage if it’s tolerated very well? Opinions, suggestions, and how you knew what dose to land on - all very welcome.

With Rapamycin, glutathione injections, and my HBOT, there’s big hope “again” that I’ll continue to ditch other supplements or meds. I will tell anyone out there, if you’re sore or just old like me, cryotherapy will take all of your inflammation away in 3 minutes. It feels so good. But I opted for hbot instead and only get iced when I’m feeling my worst. It’s amazing. Usually around 40-50$ for the 3 minutes without a promo. But if it takes away all you aches and pains, you should definitely treat yourself.
I’ve always been a happy goofy troublemaking curser - and just noticing that my level of “pain or point number” (1-10 subjective /ridiculous test interpretation), makes me ecstatic.

What’s a good blood test to look at periodically before I get my A-Z in a month or two?
