I took it for a while just for fun. A couple bottles. Never noticed a thing.

There are a bunch of credible people that say to not take synthetic vitamin C. Ascorbic acid. They say to take whole food vitamin C complex, which has tyrosinase enzyme at it’s core and contains Rutin. There’s actually more to the list. So now I’m taking Acerola powder. Far far more expensive and not as easy either because it doesn’t dissolve easily. I wonder whether your liver adds all this complex stuff. Doubtful.

Given that there are already 2 other threads recommending Olive Oil polyphenols, including hydroxytyrosonol ( A spoonful of olive oil daily could save your brain from dementia - #18 by Joseph), the possibility of boosting Vitamin C synthesis mentioned in the above viedo is just a bonus : I ordered the 500mg Olive extract (w/ 20mg Hydroxytyrosonol) capsules from Triquetra Health Total Olive® Olive Leaf & Olive Fruit Extract (60 ct.) - Triquetra™ (same price as from amazon.com with 15% discount, but amazon.com has plenty of feedback on capsules spoiled from storage at high temps, typical of amazon warehouses, so I prefer to order direct from the manufacturer’s website and get fresh product).
