Wow, the $100 coupon takes it from $400 to $300? For one batch of yogurt? Seems high to me.

Now you know why David Sinclair has to sell so much of his dog supplement.

But, really the $400 is for 13 batches (packets) because you canā€™t just use a spoonful of the yogurt to make a new batch. You have to start fresh each time with a new packet. (actually the 3 different packets). They say the colostrum wonā€™t carry over.
And besides itā€™s a great deal because it comes with " a free pack of Vitamin D3/K2"

My disdain for David Sinclair grows daily.

The D3/K2 offer must be from a third party. Itā€™s certainly not on the authentic website.

This is for at least 13 weeks of supplement. It works out to $1 a dose.

You can always just eat regular yogurt, if you prefer.

Hmmm, interestingā€¦this appears to be the authentic website.
" The Bravo Probiotic Yogurt ā€“ 13 Week Kit comes with a free pack of Vitamin D3/K2. It is recommended that you include 10,000 UI of Vitamin D3 and an equal amount of Vitamin K2 in your Bravo Probiotic Yogurt."

@GloriaS do you happen to post on Reddit as Ex-Calibure and post only about Bravo Yogurt?
https://www.reddit.com/user/Ex-Calibure/

That isnā€™t the website. I can never remember the address, but GetBravo.com is easy to remember and will get you there.

The address is on the product package! Look at the real product package vs the product package on that website.

Dr. Ruggiero doesnā€™t recommend taking vitamins D or K with Bravo. Bravo doesnā€™t need anything else.

Iā€™ve never used Reddit.

Bravo fans tend to be enthusiastic. I spent thousands of dollars a month on supplements before discovering Bravo. Now, I only take a few other supplements. Iā€™m saving many times the cost of Bravo by not having to take other things. I donā€™t need them anymore. They literally donā€™t do anything for me anymore. Wonder why Bravo fans are enthusiastic?

Yes, Iā€™ve tried Rapamycin.

OK, I followed my bookmark to the REAL product page. Itā€™s https://www.bravo-northamerica.com/shop/bravo/bravo-kit-for-milk/

Have you tried to make your own at home just with a spoonful from a previous batch? Or do you always start fresh with the 3 packets? It is expensive. And there are other yogurt cultures making health claims. L. reuteri for example. Can you point us to any scientific backing that isnā€™t supplied by the company?

https://drdavisinfinitehealth.com/2019/07/how-to-make-l-reuteri-yogurt-step-by-step/

The bacteria in Bravo are:

Lactobacillus salivarius
Lactobacillus acidophilus
Lactobacillu paracasei
Lactobacillus rhamnosus
Lactococcus lactis
Bifidobacterium infantis
Bifidobateriumbifidum

The strains are found in Dr. Stephen Langerā€™s probiotics, available at Swanson.

Bovine colostrum is available at Amazon and iHerb.

Thatā€™s certainly much cheaper, and includes L. reuteri. Might be worth a try.

Thanks, I appreciate getting your first-hand experience with Bravo. The gut microbiome is very complicated and appears more and more important for overall health and longevity. Iā€™m trying many different things and Bravo is on my list. Akkermansia is another probiotic, along with L. reuteri, that looks promising.

Are you saying that there is more to Bravo than its list of ingredients (Cultured kefir grains, Bifidobacterium infanits, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus)?

There must be, or it would surely be comparably priced to the aforementioned Dr. Stephen Langerā€™s probiotics which can be purchased for $15 (two bottles!) instead of $400.

We did ā€œwonderā€ what happened to David Sinclair (?).

As long as they donā€™t go after Rhonda Patrick, Iā€™m good. The men can fend for themselves. Attia and Huberman look like real scrappers! And Sinclair looks wily.

Iā€™m with @desertshores here. Iā€™m sure he did not profit from it. On the other hand itā€™s probably not the case for you as this is definitively a scam: $400 for a yogurt/kefir starter with 0.5g of colostrum in MCT!

Iā€™m all for yogurt and kefir and I do 1 gallon of each per week (with organic A2 whole milk even) but $400 for the starter shown below is a scam.

I donā€™t know how you define ā€œscamā€ but to me it does seem like a very high-profit margin that they are seeking with this product. Its probably a good and potentially health-promoting form of yogurt, but pricing seems a little rapacious.

Do you have any proof of that? It seems overly expensive but so do Lamborghinis. Plenty of people online rave about Lamborghinis, do you accuse them of being scammers? I know nothing about @GloriaS but she said that she was using Bravo for a particular health condition and it worked for her. Nothing wrong with that. Defending David Sinclair?? Wellā€¦at least @AnUser likes him.

Have you seen that xCar. Looks like a Lamborghini, drives like a Lamborghini, has every option a Lamborghini has, but only costs a tenth of the price. Maybe Iā€™ll buy that oneā€¦

GloriaS signed up at July 24th, started raving at July 24th about Bravo and only Bravo. Her first post was a discount link for this magic potion yogurt costing ~$400. She posted solely in this thread - no other thread.
When a member became sceptical, Gloria started accusing him of libel to silence him.
It would be a pity if this message board were to turn into a place for companies to advertise hyper expensive supplements through similar ā€˜consumer claimsā€™. As this post surely looks a lot like an advertisementā€¦
