Recently I’ve been following some obscure science with regards to cardiovascular disease and cancer. I know this is going to sound loudicris because the typical notion is that we can’t reverse either of these diseases consistently. I believe I might have stumbled upon a gold mine with 2-Hydroxypropyl)-b-cyclodextrin (Cavadex) and Chlorine Dioxide.

Cavadex is the trade name for a particular cyclodextrin which is a starch. Because it is a starch it cannot be metabolized by the body and therefore has no side effects in and of itself, however it is a rectally administered molecule and therefore there are side effects related to any rectally administered drug. Cavadex has a facebook group since it sold by a legitimate company in Australia, it has previously been embargoed by the FDA because of some claims from the founder of the company, an Australian bloke that decided to treat himself with beta cyclodextrin through IV infusions. It worked quite well and he’s produced some data on lipoprotein being reduced but he also experienced a marked cession of angina. IV has the highest absorption but is expensive and time intensive so he looked to the next best absorption which is rectally at 24% and thus sells a tube product for this. The facebook group has a lot of testimonials of reduced CAC scores and reduced blockages shown through various measures even up to doing surgery and finding that previously blocked arteries weren’t blocked anymore. James Roberts, a holistic physisian in the US is using it proactively and believes the Australian bloke will recieve the Nobel prize for this discovery. It’s a weird situation though since pharmaceutical companies are developing the drug for a very specific cholesterol genetic disease called Niemann-Pick disease type C disease which you may remember from Ezetimibe since it blocks this enzyme.

Since then he managed to find a supplier for a rectal product since 24% of beta cyclodetrin is absorbed thereby.

The other one is Chlorine Dioxide. If you look it up it’s going to sound kooky, yeah there’s this whole thing with the The Universal Antidoe where a bunch of well meaning christians claimed that it was a universal cure for everything. The universal antitode supossedly comes from NASA research where they experienced that it could help various infections. A guy name Jim Humble found that out later, yeah because nothing really materialized from the NASA research since it’s not a patentable compund. Anyway I personally believe that it will actually work for cancer, I am aware that a physician in Germany has been using it effectively against various forms of cancer, and by effictively I mean literally eradicate all cancer cells. Yeah so I am just going to link to a Chinese engineer who figured this all out and has made license aggrements with four clinics globally, among other ICCA Global which is highly advanced with autologous natural killer cells and cancer vaccines. So it is being used by clinics that are so advanced we would never get this treatment in the west. Yeah so it’s in Mexico. Anyway here’s the link to the Chinese engineer’s substack. Please keep up on his substack, I assure something will come of it, you might think there’s more advanced stuff out there but this is literally it. As Peter Attia said, any cleaning detergent can kill cancer cells but the caveat is that it’ll kill the body with it too. Well, Chlorine Dioxide is in fact a water purifier and a cleaning detergent, it kills the cancer cells but it does in fact not kill the body. It is in fact harmless which you can find out on this YouTube channel. Xuewe Liu will even teach you how to inject yourself on his channel, but please call up the physician in Germany or consult him for injection guidance. Check out the clinics that can inject you here.

I recommend you review our past discussions related to this; its not showing much benefit for people here on our forum, but there is a company (Cyclarity) that is developing an optimized version of this type of approach…

See: Cyclodextrins, Cavadex and Cyclarity for Reversing Atherosclerosis

We look forward to this company’s results, they are currently doing a clinical trial on their compound:

I agree that Cyclarity has a better product and hope it will be available soon. I used a little over 4 boxes of product and my CAC didn’t go down, but didn’t go up much either. Last year my CAC increased by quite a bit. I’ve gone several months without using it because I dislike the method of application. They doubled the dosage per vial and I still have some of that left.

I got an email that said the FDA stopped the import of this product. RFK? I don’t know. Also don’t know why. I think it’s a step in the right direction, but know there will be bigger steps taken soon. I look forward to it.

I wonder if the proposed mechanism of action, as described by Dr. Roberts in his video on Cavadex, would even be predicted to lower CAC score (as opposed to CIMT, for example)? Dr. Roberts describes validated effectiveness in a bunch of patients (I can’t remember if he says how many, but I think he says he’s used it in patients for over a year, and that it is the most effective tool in his toolbox for treating atherosclerosis). I would have to watch the video again, but I think he said he uses CIMT (carotid intima media thickness) scans, presumably before and after treatment, to assess effectiveness. Since atherosclerosis progresses and can be characterized in terms of relative arterial age (an average based on tons of human CIMT data), stopping progression of the disease could be a big deal, relative to other treatments available. As in lifesaving. Obviously, reversal would be even better. But I think Roberts reports that in his experience, it goes beyond just stopping progression. Again, I’d have to rewatch the video to be sure about that.

I’ve taken 1.5 boxes myself (about 44 doses) over the last year or two, and I’ll get another CIMT later this year to see if it has helped me. I had a zero CAC score a few years ago but I also had plaque and a partial blockage (and seriously accelerated arterial age), based on CIMT. Maybe one of the doctors on this site can clear this up, but I wonder if CIMT and CAC do not go up (or down) in lockstep. With me, they clearly do not, since my situation reflects badly accelerated arterial aging (hardening, thickening, plaque) on CIMT and yet not high risk from a CAC perspective.

So I question the conclusion in the post above, that Cavadex is “not showing much benefit for people here.” I wonder how much they have taken and how they are assessing benefit? I’m sure this is a very complex subject, and coronary calcium and carotid intimate media are obviously two different things entirely, but both important if one is doing a comprehensive risk analysis. Obviously, plaque stability and amount or thickness of plaque are also two different things that are both important. My guess is that Dr. Roberts has a sound basis for his conclusion that Cavadex is the most effective tool in his arsenal and a valuable tool at that (which presumably means that he considers it way more effective than statins). I believe that Dr. Ford Brewer reports that he personally reversed his own plaque using primarily diet and exercise, so reversal is at least possible in some people, and I’m skeptical of any conclusion, based on a small set of anecdotal reports, that Cavadex is not a valuable tool for many people in their fight against this disease. Nothing works for everyone, but the implication in the post above that it is “not showing much benefit” seems to imply the very opposite of the conclusion of Dr. Roberts that Cavadex is showing great benefit in his practice. I don’t have a stake in this other than my own time and money in using Cavadex to try to improve my own situation. Also, Remchol provides different recommended dosing protocols, depending on the severity of the disease situation. So in some cases, one might need to take it regularly for a long time to assess its effectiveness. Unfortunately, I doubt there will ever be large clinical trials . . .
