There is shortage of acarbose in Spain. So an endocrinologist suggested me have a look at Noglux, which basically has:

Reducose® 100mg, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum® 10mg, Fenugreek dry extract 100mg, Inulin 150mg, Zinc 2.5mg, Chromium 20µg, Niacin 8mg

Apparently it blocks 30 to 40% of carbohydrate absorption if taken half an hour before a generous meal. No need for rx.

Anyone tried it?

Currently trying it but since I have no CGM it’s hard to judge. No side effects that I can tell.

Never used that product and wouldn’t use it, expansive and no guarantee it works. Acarbose is a really old approved drug that’s 100% works.
