These tend to concentrate on HDACi that operate in the nanomolar range. I tend to look at the natural molecules which tend to be more in the micromolar range (and some in the millimolar range).
My fab four are Curcumin, Berberine, Pterostilbene and Quercetin.
However, I am working on identifying a further set which I can add to.
What I like about these sorts of molecules is that they have been around for a long time and used for medicinal purposes. Hence we know if there are any issues with chronic usage or even large volume usage.
This is why I think they matter

Interesting. Do you have links to any studies that indicate that low LDL may be associated with problems with immunity or that it leads to suboptimal activation of TLRs? I have researched low LDL quite a bit and didnât find any evidence of it being harmful for immunity or really for anything else.

I will try and look and provide links or pdfs. Probably I saved some on my computer. But at the time I was also reading âBallantyneâs Lipidologyâ and several other textbooksâŚ

I wonder if they have done any studies on the immune function of people with familial hypobetalipoproteinemia?
Floated through my twitter feed - of interest?

Just thought Iâd share this here. Use caution with the pharma stuff these days, theyâre crooks. You are on your own.

I was about to read the article and then I saw a Robert F Kennedy, lol. Statins have saved more people probably than any other drug apart from penicillin. That said, I am still trying to avoid them. Insulin resistance is real although it can be dealt with. I may ask for a bempedoic acid to accompany my ezetimibe. Otherwise, I will take a statin.

At this point, you can have my share of all the statins and vaccines.

Iâve found an alternative explanation. Maryanne and Tom believes that the placebo might be harmful because there was more muscle aches than other trials in the placebo group, 15.4% before <5% in previous trials. It can be because it mightâve been more publicized and made more people susceptible to the placebo effect. Lmao.
Also interesting trial, it also showed inflammation played a role?:
Is this why Crestor is many times recommended, too? And why Trump and Biden takes it?
Thatâs such a massive trial⌠17800 patients and randomized double blind placebo-controlled trial⌠There isnât anything higher than that, the ultimate gold standard. And we have literally people here thinking some random supplements are safer.

Not much of an explanation. Why donât they release it after the trial?
We donât know the placebo in the âvaccineâ trials either. I can link to various opinions on what they used. Most think it was an empty LNP. It may not have been empty.
It doesnât bother me that you use it. Go ahead.

Itâs never so black and white. Almost always grey.

I totally believe that quote from a paper where the first author believes vaccines cause autism.

I donât know, I am not a lawyer, nor do I know the law about this or if that information is somewhere.
The Covid vaccines used saline placebo.

You canât possibly know what they used as a placebo. There are FOIAâs all over the place trying to get them to disclose it and they refuse. I donât think they would refuse if it was saline.
Jessica has 2 PhDâs one in computer databases and the other in some kind of biochemistry. And sheâs done several pieces on the placebos for the vaccine. She thinks itâs an empty LNP. Thatâs from the article she wrote a year or so ago.
You should keep an open mind on this and try to decide if you want your medicine tested by the company that is selling it, then mandated by politicians that you disagree with. Then all the data hidden.
Thereâs definitely microchips in the covid vaccine. Some Russian youtuber proved that by putting a covid vaccine vial wrapped in aluminium foil into a microwave and it started sparking.

It says in the study that they used saline placebo.
If she says it is not saline placebo, thatâs a highly unlikely conspiracy theory relying on the assumption that tens of thousands of scientists, people in vaccine centers, etc all conspire and no one blows the whistle, to keep a massive lie from reaching the public.

I have news for you. Any aluminum foil placed in a microwave oven will start sparking as soon as you turn on the microwave.
If you believe that there are microchips in Covid vaccines you are completely hopeless.
The vaccines might not be safe, but it is certainly not because of microchips.

In a perfect world, we could get the anti-vaccine crazies off of this site and get back to talking about cardiovascular disease.
I am going to have to twist the arm of my primary to get him to prescribe me a low-dose statin or bempedoic acid. Last week he was unconcerned about an ApoB score of 120, but he agreed to prescribe exetimibe when I asked for that. My new lab showed my LDL was 109. He does pay attention to that, so maybe that will be enough.
