My personal belief is that, in general, some sun exposure is healthy. Too much and you risk skin cancer or at the very least skin aging. But I think biggest risk of skin cancer comes from burning. I think if you are very fair skinned, like Fitzpatrick 1 or 2, that MT2 can help protect you from skin cancer while allowing you to get a little more sun without burning than without it.

To be honest I can’t really say that it did help or at least I cant say for certain if the peptides helped the injury. I pulled my hip abductor swinging a kettlebell and was pretty restricted for a while. I didn’t see any immediate benefit or none that I could see. This was a few years back. It’s completely fine now and maybe the peptides helped. I wasn’t convinced enough to keep doing them, but i don’t think that’s a reason not to try them. I came to realize that it’s incredibly hard to judge whether these kind of things work. There’s not a lot of data or much in the way of clinical trials so it’s basically a Hail Mary. That said, just because it didn’t seem to work for me doesn’t mean you won’t see a benefit.

For a torn tricep from a nasty fall I took…BPC-157 was a blessing from God.
I did physio therapy for 6 weeks, did PRP injection, massage, and even acupuncture.
My injury over a period of 5 months got better, but I could never get it past about 50% better. [I realize that it will never be 100 percent, but hoping to get it to 80-90]

I took BPC-157 5mg injections once, sometimes twice a day, and over two weeks instantly went to 90%.

I am all about research and studies, but I dont really care what those say.
I went from 50-90 percent strictly from this peptide.

I will never be without it, and it is the main reason my peptide exploration has expanded to four or five different ones and now bioregulators.

Veronica, since you’ve used these for 7+ years you’re one of the experts on this topic. Are you able to provide information about dosage, positive results you’ve noticed and any bad side effects? Thanks, Jay

@Jay - there have been hundreds of thousands of people using them.
I, myself have been studying them for 5 years and using them for three myself.

Yes, I would love to hear more feedback from @Veronica since she has been using them 7+ years , too though.

I am part of a local health group where a dozen of us have been using them for rhe past few years.

Everyone can make their own choices [as we are all doing with the likes of Rapamycin, Acarbose, Meformin etc], but if you are waiting for double blind placebo results I think this may be the wrong forum as I am sure we wouldnt see that for Rapamycin etc for another 10 to 20 years or so.

Maybe can you share the brand/lab that you use?

Based on my reading, it seems peptides - bioregulators in particular - would be more effective when the body is in an anabolic state rather than a catabolic state as induced by rapamycin. Do any of you adjust your dosing of peptides and/or rapa based on the other?

Professor Vladimir Khavinson, a leading Russian scientist esteemed for his pioneering work in anti-aging treatments, and a close confidante of President Vladimir Putin, has died at the age of 77. The passing of Khavinson, a man deeply embedded in the political and scientific fabric of Russia, will undoubtedly reverberate throughout the nation.

This leads me to believe the cause of death may not have been old age but from a relatively new Russian syndrome. A lot of people close to Putin have recently developed a common yet fatal condition that causes them to lose their balance and fall out of a window to their death.

A similar strain of this disease originated in Sicily where many Italian people and their associates spontaneously developed blocks of concrete around their feet while they were swimming in the river in the dead of night.

I’d also argue that a 77 year old Russian guy in general has been through a lot. I remember seeing in the mid 1990s that teachers were being fair with crates of vodka because the cash had run dry. Being a longevity research through this couldn’t have been easy. The. There is the purely statistical nature of what I like to call “the law of small numbers” (meaning there is a wide variance with any small sample) — it may not have been anything he did.

Or could just have been Putin.

Good point… life expectancy in general is pretty bad in Russia, and even worse if you do anything that pisses off Putin…

Hi
I have tried B157 peptide but didn’t feel any benefit , however, I have an eye disease and tried Visoluten A peptide for the retina. 4 weeks later I was tested for vision and could read 50% better in both eyes. My specialist could not understand it and asked me what I had done to improve my vision, my Husband was sitting there and was shocked at how well I read the small print, it had to be the peptides

I would love to educate myself further about peptides. @ksbradley or anyone else, do you know any good quality fora like Rapamycin.news where more information if shared about peptides? Ideally supported by science where available.

Hi @Lowroad , I wish there was such a forum, but not that I am aware of.
The great posts above by @Veronica will give you great starting points. To me Jay Campbell might be the most knowledgeable.
Ben Greenfield talks a lot about peptides on his podcasts and interviews Jay Campbell in on of the links above as well.
Start there, and hopefully anyone else with more info can share in this thread.
We can All learn TOGETHER.

No truth to the rumor that Khavinson sold peptides to Zelensky.

Since u are using long term, what are your thoughts about cancer?

Don’t think it’s true.

It was my lame attempt at humor.

:joy::joy::joy:In Russia anything possible!

Deeinflorida, I would like to hear more about your experience with Visoluten if you have time. Where did you make the purchase and how long did you use it? Was this a recent experience or did it happen some years ago? Is your vision problem related to the macula, the lens or something else? And, of course, has the vision improvement remained constant? Thanks for your time.
