I take a lot of other things. Hence I am not really worried about what it misses out. A little bit of iron is not an issue. I have ended up needing to supplement more seriously with iron recently.
Naturelo is interesting, but possibly has too many things in it. I like to have some control on dosing. Brad Sinclair’s supplement is also interesting.
I like to be careful with Molybdenum as it has knock on effects. (on urate)

My preference is Naturelo since they don’t go overboard with the dosages, include K2, and is very cost effective. Microvitamin is a bit more expensive, or else I’d be using that (although I think it should include a little Vit A & E in correct forms). I typically don’t want a multi with excessively large dosages since my diet already contains well balanced micronutrients.
I agree regarding the Molybdenum, but I remember looking into it and we need a bit more to reach toxicity, so I’m not sure I’m TOO concerned yet.
No multi is perfect but those seem to be the best ones I’ve managed to find.

After you recommended Naturelo, I started taking it. I am very happy with the product. Lately, I take it every other day and use a B-complex, D3, K2, and C on the off days.

Multis have lots of issues simply because they are multis. I have been happy with VM2000, but had i started knowing what i do now i am unsure i would take a multi. I think the key test is whether there is a high dose of something that is too much. I only take it 2 days a week anyway.

Ah, two days a week is much different than taking daily. Makes sense for the products that include much higher dosages than the DV.

True and i only take one tablet. However, the natruelo dose of molybdenum mean you should keep an eye on urate. (Gout warning)

Was not aware of that connection, thank you. I actually would like it if the molybdenum raised my uric acid because it’s pretty low usually (3.6-3.8 or so), but it definitely does not for me.

The tolerable upper intake level (UL) for molybdenum is 2,000 mcg per day for adults. A dose of 40 mcg from the Naturelo Multi is well within safe limits and should not contribute to hyperuricemia (high urate levels) unless someone is predisposed .

Which is why people should monitor it i took a bit of Mb and my urate went up a bit.
