Because BPC-157 and TB4 are no longer FDA approved you have to get the research only peptides and reconstitute in your own. Please PM if you want resources.
BPC 157 has never been “legal” for human use, it’s always been a “research chemical” which can be sold and purchased legally for research purposes.
Also there may be some mis-interpretation of how it works as it is not an analgesic, in that it does not take pain away like an aspirin or Tylenol. It does not work like that. How it works is by helping to heal an injury and thereby reduce pain.
My wife (68) and I (69) have been using BPC 157 + TB500 (another healing peptide) in combination pretty much every morning for over 18 months.
What it does for us is shorten recovery time significantly. Recovery from what? pretty much any hard physical activity where I would think “I’m going to pay for this tomorrow” as in yard work, cutting down trees, exercise, and other activities many of our peers are not capable of as they age, while we do not
Just last week I changed out a 150lb pump in an industrial system that I manage. The pump weighs more than me
It is in a very awkward spot under a tank with limited room and it’s very difficult to deal with. Not my first time changing this beast. I was able to do this on my own and only took me a couple hours of serious physical exertion. One of those “I’m going to pay for this” activities. Worst part was that I installed it backwards so the next day I had to redo it. Yes a bit tired the next day but surprisingly not sore!!
I have a number of friends using this combo for everything from degenerated disks in their neck, a condition called “trigger finger” that was completely cleared up in a week, sprained ankles, pulled muscles and a few other issues that have been treated unsuccessfully with surgery, PRP and other methods previous to using BPC 157 + TB500 to amazing success.
So yes, their pain went away because the root cause of the pain was addressed.

Those peptides were never “approved” for human use except for research purposes.

I’ve been putting this off for a while. I have some Oxytocin and have made nasal sprays before so I need to get off my butt and get it done!
I’ve been wanting to do this for too long.
What I typically do is buy a bottle of hydraSense® Full Stream Saline and use that as my liquid. It’s well balanced for nasal use but you should always check the pH after you mix anything for a nasal spray. The nose prefers a pH of 5.5-6.5
You are right, I should have stated they were specifically called out that they could not be compounded as of 8 months ago or so. (Linked)
Also, TB500 is 99% likely to be TB4. Almost no sources sell TB500. While they may market them as such, they are actually TB4.

I just created a nasal spray for oxytocin 3 weeks ago. Used 8 mg oxytocin in 30 ml saline nasal spray (200 sprays) to make the dose 25 IUs per spray. Works great, felt more of an effect at the start not so much now.

Where did you purchase the oxytocin?

It was from a Chinese vendor that has since ceased to exist. 10 vials of 8 mg was $35. That is about 5 years worth.

I used sub q injection and noticed physically a “warm feeling” after injection. As for muscle mass results I can’t really say because I always do a muscle"rebuild" after a 6 months endurance fase and this always goes really well

Now I’m really motivated to get this done!
I’ve got a gram sitting in my freezer.
Thanks Steve, that’s great you’ve had such success with them. May I ask where you get yours? I just found an Adeel Kahn on you tube and plan to listen to more of him and take notes. He even helps folks with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue which I have. I sure wish the FDA would make this easier for us to try to live better lives!
This SHR podcast with Dr Elizabeth Hurst was really interesting talking about the anabolic and catabolic nature of Oxytocin. The finding that cattle on Tren had 50x the level of oxytocin which caused muscle increase.

How much do you inject per dose? Does it matter where to inject? How long do you feel warming sensation after injection?

I tried 20IE without noticing anything, after this first try, I always used 50IE post workout sub q in the belly area. Never tried an other spot. Warm feeling only last maybe 5 minutes

I’m nearing the end of a month-long break. I wasn’t necessarily interested in cycling, although it is recommended. I just got weary of poking myself. Besides, the beneficial effects don’t subside, at least for me, during a sabbatical.

It seems like the most common way to use Oxytocin is via nasal spray. I’ve seen in several studies that 2 to 4 sprays a day is not uncommon. Which is much nicer than 2 to 4 pokes per day
How much is in a spray? it depends… so knowing the dose per spray is important.
Oxytocin has a very short half life of 3 minutes. When it’s used clinically an IV drip is typical due to this fact.

I get that!! I’ll occasionally stop all pokes for a couple days, typically on the weekend.

Oxytocin and tinnitus
I’ve had tinnitus for over 25 years. It’s part of my life, not terribly concerned about it so it doesn’t have a psychological grip on me as it does with many people with this condition.
In 2014, I started working in the broadcast audio market for a small high tech manufacturer Q5X, specifically wireless audio (the big dogs in this are Sennheiser and Shure). One of my functions was in the dev area and part of my function involved critical listening during the R&D process, production QC and product in for repair. As an audiophile I have done a lot of critical listening but this was a whole new world. I had good mentors from the broadcast industry to teach me what to listen for. It’s much different from what I had learned as an audiophile.
In 2015 (5 years into my tinnitus experience) I had my hearing checked just to see if I was missing anything. The audio tech ran the test at the clinic and after it finished she asked if we could do it again. So we did. After the second test I asked her why 2 tests? Her reply was the first time I’d heard this phrase used in reference to me “for a man your age” she used it like this, “you have exceptional hearing … for… and I wanted to make sure the test as accurate”
I have mixed up an Oxytocin nasal spray and did 3 sprays 15iu x 3 = 45 iu. I put the 45 iu in google and it found references to this dose being the dose used in several trials related to tinnitus, 45iu 3 times a day.
So I’m going to give it a go
Some good info on tinnitus
A patent - one aspect is a “thickener” I’d consider adding a bit of hyaluronic acid to my mix as it will help moisturize the nasal passages and 'hold" the suspension in place (the nasal passage) a bit longer. I did this with my NAC+Bromelain+HA spray in 2020
