Hmmm… that last one is a toughy… lol.

“Driving the speed limit with no music or podcasts (actually I’m just following traffic, not passing cars).”

Just got my new Roadster this week… impossible!!! :joy:

Nice ! I have a huge problem with that too. And I’m just driving an eco diesel pickup. If you want to have fun driving go to Mexico. They’re crazy down there. Actually I don’t advise it at all.

Wow. I think driving the speed limit is good for longevity for many reasons. But that car is special.

Exactly… not to mention listening to Kaeberlein, Attia, Blogsklonny and others on Bluetooth played podcasts.

I often take 3-hour long drives to bigger cities. I am pretty rural.

Well, since you’ll have time, here’s my podcast with Brian MacKenzie on stress management where he advises me to drive the speed limit.

After reverse aging by 22 years… I’ve got to drive like it too!

This is the only model-style of car I drive since I was 23 years old… beginning in 1981.

New Year’s resolution:

6mg Rapamycin weekly. I bought Siroboon 2mg tablets from India, 300 2mg tablets for $260. They don’t appear to be enteric coated so the Sirolimus might be destroyed by my stomach acid. I’m going to coat them with food grade confectionery glaze or stuff them in a large, thick gel capsule (a Carlson fish oil capsule) and try to seal it by carefully heating the slit I will have to make in it.
Is this a practical approach and is it necessary to get the Sirolimus into the small intestine undamaged by stomach acid?
I have blood work, including PSA, quarterly at Longevity Medical Clinic (I’m one of the lucky 1-2% who carry the BRCA2 gene mutation).
I mainly listen to Dr Jerry Mixon, Rhonda Patrick, Robert Lustig, Andrew Huberman, Peter Attia, Rich Roll, etc. and try to do what they do.

Based on the information it should be coated.

Why not take and 2-3 hours later do a Labcorp blood draw test for amount in you.

You might end up over compensating and it not get any in you. If it is coated it is good to go.

I have the Zydus and it does not appear to be coated (looks dry - unlike the rapamune hard coating) - but who knows. It is from my insurance - pharmacy provider so it should be good.

I am doing a Labcorp test on it this week just to put my mind at ease.

I’d like to hear your results.

Sure!
I will post my results after my test - takes about a week total blood draw to results.
More soon!

Biomarker tracking by week. Here’s my list. I’ve selected markers that are easy to collect and are not easy to “game”.

  1. MHang (max bar hang timer in seconds that week)
  2. FCarry (max weight farmers carry around track without a rest that week)
  3. HRmssd (high rMSSD HRV on wake up seen that week)
  4. MHR (max HR seen that week)
  5. SleepAv (average # hours of sleep for the week)
  6. LSBR (low sleep breathing rate seen that week)
  7. LSpO2 (low finger SpO2 seen that week during breath holds)

What am I missing?

Perhaps something with balance

and/or memory/mental capacity

and/or perhaps something about well being/happiness even if just a subjective question to answer with a grade
