I just made my overnight oats and put them in the refrigerator for tomorrow. I got the Bob’s red mill protein oats and added my milk of choice, pumpkin seeds, ground flaxseeds and dried apples. I’ll add rice protein powder and strawberries or blueberries in the morning. Hopefully I got it right. In the past when I made overnight oats I’d just mix them with water and a little Greek yogurt so I’m definitely forward to trying them this way.

That’s not going to happen. I think bodybuiliding is probably one of the safest sports. If you’re lifting weights or using machines you’re not going to injure your kidneys. It’s going to improve your muscle mass, strength, and possibly bone density a bit.

Thanks! When I heard that my health anxiety got the best of me. I definitely don’t want to stop lifting weights.
