If you don’t mind sharing what is your PSA? Mine is 0.6 ng/mL. Which puts me in low average for my age. No other signs of prostate issues, but polypharma bros gotta poly.

Mine is 0.8 but I think any number under 1 is normal?
- For men in their 40s and 50s: A PSA score greater than 2.5 ng/ml is considered abnormal. The median PSA for this age range is 0.6 to 0.7 ng/ml.
- For men in their 60s: A PSA score greater than 4.0 ng/ml is considered abnormal. The normal range is between 1.0 and 1.5 ng/ml.

Will have my current blood panel from this week’s draw… Monday.
@adssx
My current RHR and HRV taking 7.5mg of tirzepatide weekly. Lowest was 58ppm during the night. Looks awful but I also take 10mg vortioxetine wich lowers HRV
I’ve read GLP1 meds lowers HRV and increases HR because of their effect of the vague nerve, and that should not be detrimental or beneficial.
Just pissed to see everything red on whoop!

Thats interesting, because we see the same thing with rapamycin: Rapamycin and Impact on heart rate and HRV?

I credit my 0.6 PSA to frequent ejaculation. I try to nut everyday.

However, high ejaculation frequency was related to decreased risk of total prostate cancer. The multivariate relative risks for men reporting 21 or more ejaculations per month compared with men reporting 4 to 7 ejaculations per month at ages 20 to 29 years were 0.89 (95% confidence interval [CI], 0.73-1.10); ages 40 to 49 years, 0.68 (95% CI, 0.53-0.86); previous year, 0.49 (95% CI, 0.27-0.88); and averaged across a lifetime, 0.67 (95% CI, 0.51-0.89).
When the entire range of ejaculation frequency was analyzed as a continuous variable in the multivariate model, each increment of 3 ejaculations per week across a lifetime was associated with a 15% (95% CI, 4%-24%) decrease in risk of total prostate cancer.
Read the whole thing. Not a simple association. It depends on whether we are looking at total prostate cancer, advanced prostate cancer, and organ confined cancer. Also depends on frequency with a non linear curve. Highest frequency (~21 per month) show an association with reduced total prostate cancer. Overall a confusing study, but I stick to frequent nutting for other reasons.

How can you only have 4-7 ejaculations a month as a 2X man??

For a small number of men, masturbation is not that appealing. If you do not have a regular sexual partner, the frequency of ejaculations is naturally limited by how often you self pleasure. I am lucky enough to have a partner who wants sex everyday.

Lp(a), ApoB, HbA1c and a full hormone check-up is coming next
Pretty happy about the results. Lipids are amazing, almost no triglycerides, LDL is low. Liver is great even with all the meds and statin!
FBG is almost too low!

Low albumin and phosphatase alkaline might be due to plasma donation. HBA1C is my lower, wich is weird when we know what my FBG is and that I’m on 3 antidiabetic medications. I suspected my RBC to live longer that normal.
Testosterone has increased and prolactin has lowered. DHT on the road, with SHBG and zinc.
Lab forget few tests I ordered. New blood work to do to complete… (ApoB, ApoA1, Lp(a) )

My PSA is 1.7. I’m not happy with that.
I have a moderately enlarged prostate and a history of prostate cancer in my family. My father survived it. My grandfather didn’t.
PSA is another biomarker that has a base level and can go up from time to time if there is some disturbance or other.

Are you on finasteride or Cialis at all and did they make a difference if you were taking them?

For those taking Finasteride, please understand that it skews PSA numbers. PSA levels in men taking finasteride should typically be doubled to approximate the true PSA value.
