I have locked the poll now with four votes in favour of a column for HRV. The suggestion of a code for the HRV measuring system is a good one.
I have updated the draft spreadsheet. I suggest we spend some time getting this right and am interested in any further comments:
My personal view is that even the aktila system is not good enough and that people need to use a cuff ideally an upper arm cuff.
We won’t know if the sheet is right until we start to use it. We can use a test period to test the sheet before beginning the real data collection.
True, but i would like to wait another day for comments. We can continue changing it.

Because it does not seem to correlate with Omron. Omron will vary as well. I am, however, going to continue charging the Aktila system and wearing it and will probably calibrate it again next time, but I am not treating the data as meaningful information as yet. I am testing whether I think it has any merit.
I think it is a well designed piece of kit with good software trying to achieve something which is really difficult. I do not, however, think necessarily its results are much use. However, I continue to try it.

When you say it does not correlate with Omron, what do you mean? If you manually take BP it differs from Aktiia? But how would one even compare? Aktiia takes a measurement every few minutes? And presents average for every 90 minutes, or am I wrong? I am asking because I just wanted to buy Aktiia…
Aktiia reports a number of measurements each two hours. I think it requires you to hold your arm still. Although BP varies if you sit still (or lie still) and wait for a few minutes you can get a stable result which is reasonably consistent with a cuff (I use Omrom cuffs and I have at least 5 machines in different locations).
I am happy that these values are reasonably consistent and give me useful information. I would need something similar from Aktiia.
I think it is worth buying, but it depends upon your budgets. I spend as much as an Aktiia device costs every week in terms of blood tests.

I have now set up a specific google account at multiple.n.equals.1@gmail.com for me to handle this separately.
I have posted on that sheets account and shared a final master copy for this particular test going from D-2 to D+3
We are now in a position where people can start using this by making a copy into their own gmail account (which could be one set up specifically for this purpose). If that is then shared with multiple.n.equals.1@gmail.com (sending a notification) I can set up a process for automatically collating the data.
Over to you.

What setting should I use to indicate use of Oura ring for HRV and RHR? Oura uses rMSSD method to determine HRV. I believe this is the same as fibit but different from Apple Watch.
Oura ring has been added.
