Anyone who has been taking Melatonin regularly, especially doses higher than 10 mg, noticed elevation of blood glucose? There’s 30% of the population who have Melatonin receptor mutation and pron to development of diabetes. But as far as I understand, even people without the mutation have a higher risk of hyperglycemia.

I’ve taken 24 nightly for well over a year, switched to 36 a few months ago. My fasting glucose is higher, but low carb causes that if you eat lots of protein (I do) and Rapa seems to cause that too. I didn’t know about melatonin. Thanks for the heads up.
