Eating 5000 kcal every day and drinking heavily in the past (and probably during the 30 days) isn’t precisely healthy for you.
Doctor: “Any alcohol use?”
Spurlock: “Now? None.”

But you forgot the part about ultra-processed fast food. You’re living in denial! What did you get from the video? That if you’re going to eat fast food, eat at Taco Bell?
So, if you don’t like the message, attack the messenger?
But the Spurlock doc that I really liked was The Greatest Movie Ever Sold (2011) about the evils of advertising.

What is causing what, high calories, alcoholism, etc…?
I still liked the documentary.

Yes - as much as would like to see affirmative evidence on this topic, sadly…
And in 2017, he admitted that he had not been sober for more than a week at a time in 30 years — meaning that, in addition to his “McDonald’s only” diet, he was drinking, a fact that he concealed from his doctors and the audience, and that most likely skewed his results.

So perhaps this is a case of both:
But still, wow, dying at only age 53 is sad, and completely avoidable (for most people, most of the time).

ooops, there he goes again…your granny would be proud…trying to kill 2 birds with 1 stone…fast food AND alcohol…but you’re using the alcohol as a diversionary tactic to get McDonald’s off the hook. You can testify for McDonald’s at the trail and show gruesome pictures of his liver.
(I’m not scared anymore cuz now I know that the RapaDungeon was a “mirage”.)

Warren Buffett has managed quite well on a “unhealthy” diet, he however has not drunk alcohol or smoked.

The real dungeon is for us who eat rat burgers, reject broccoli, and enjoy things with longevity drugs.
The enlightened, pure, bourgeois, can discuss what’s in their morning shake. I shake only my head “Wake up!”

What things? We know there’s a reason that you’re hiding your public profile…what “things” are you hiding in there?
I just noticed that @RapAdmin’s avatar looks just like Sylvester Stallone in your YouTube clip.

You left out “getting the jab”. Drinking contributes to some kinds of cancer. So does the jab.
I know some people who got the jab don’t die directly and only from the jab, but since they were so happy to blame unvaccinated people for the plague even thought the plague wasn’t caused by the unvaccinated? I’m happy to blame those brow beaters and mandaters, politicians and bureaurocrats alike for the eventual death of anybody that had to take the jab. Or took it just because they wanted to be considered a good person. Why kill the good people?
He died from the jab.
Is there a source for the latter claim? Because given the data from England, there is not much change in cancer mortality.
I’m happy to blame those brow beaters and mandaters, politicians and bureaurocrats alike for the eventual death of anybody that had to take the jab.
How can you say stuff like that when the guy you are voting for president is vaccinated himself? All the other conspiracy theorists have moved on to other topics already because contrary to their claims, it turns out the vaccine was safe and effective. This has become flat-earther tier.

This study was published in Cureus Medical Journal. As was noted in the article:
It is worth noting that the Cureus medical journal was recently acquired by the Springer Nature Group in December 2022. The group also owns renowned scientific publications such as Nature and Nature Medicine.
I don’t actually trust any of them. I am very careful.
The ⁑ symbol signifies >99% upper PI, * >95% upper PI, and †<95% lower PI. 2020, deficit mortality was observed in most age groups except for the 75–79 age group. However, mortality increased gradually in 2021 and more remarkably in 2022 in almost all age groups except for the 65–69 and 85+ age groups. In the 75–79 age group, excess mortality was 3.9% (95%CI: 2.6, 5.3) in 2020, 7.9% (95%CI: 6.4, 9.5) in 2021, and 9.5% (95%CI: 7.8, 11.4) in 2022, exceeding the 99% upper PIs. In the 80–84 age group, excess mortality was 2.9% (1.4, 4.5) in 2022, exceeding the 95% upper PI. No statistical significance was detected in the younger age groups, which had few deaths. The chart below shows that the number of deaths from all cancers was highest in the 80–84 age group.
So there was a statistical increase in cancer deaths in Japan, unlike the UK, particulary amongst older people.
The following study suggests that this may have been impacted by strict public measures.
In this letter, we show the changes in the cause of death before and during the COVID-19 pandemic in Japan using the latest population statistics, which suggest a strong impact on the older population, possibly due to strict public measures.
