Colchicine 50 uM didn’t increase worms lifespan. Is there a case for a lower or higher dose being more effective? If so I’m willing to sponsor one experiment.

I’d expect that colchicine would only extend lifespan in organisms whose lifespan is limited by inflammation. Would this apply to worms?

C Elegans dont have senescent cells. I dont know about other worms.
