What did you think of this skin cream?

I used it for 10 days only - twice a day. The results are wonderful so far. Some sun spots faded much. One is now hardly visible. Will definitely continue with it. The way I apply it though may be different from what most ppl would do. I use a triple nano needle to make very small holes on the spots I want to treat, and then I apply the enzyme. A micro needling roller can also be used. There are no instructions that come with this product.

How old are your spots? Iām thinking of maybe giving it a go, with some decade long spots that Iām curious if I can resolve. never done micro-needling but willing to give it a shot

Update: Have been using it twice a day (morning and night) for almost 1 month. Novos facial aging app detected a 10 year facial aging improvement, from 46 before to 35 now, 3 years of eye aging improving from 46 before to 43 now. Will definitely continue using.

Hello, How are you finding this after a few more months? And which product specifically is it/strength?

Hello,
Iām going to continue using it for the improvements Iāve noticed with the tendency towards dry/tight feeling facial skin with menopause. I havenāt noticed any miraculous changes in my appearance although in the first week I felt I looked brighter/fresher which could have been placebo? I figure if my skin feels better hydrated then that alone could possibly help over the long term.
This is the cream I used simply because itās what I had on hand from In house chemist-
Itās possible there may be better pricing available elsewhere. I have used another estriol cream in the past called Evalon from All Day Chemist which worked equally well vaginally but as of today itās currently out of stock.

Iāve never tried HRT bc Iāve never experienced any symptoms connected with menopause. Never had a hot flash or dry skin, etc. and I donāt know why. My mother had hot flashed that bothered her for years. I think I had none because of rapamycin that I started at 54, but Iām not sure about that. Wondering if I should also try an HRT cream on my face. On the other hand, I donāt have dry skin. Will it help with anything else besides dry skin?

Youāre probably right about rapamycin helping you have a smooth menopause transition. I thought Iād read somewhere about estrogen possibly helping with collagen levels but Iām not sure if itās been proven or not. I read anecdotal reports from other women claiming it helped their skin appearance so I figured Iād try it out. If I can find anything In the scientific literature Iāll share.

New Ultherapy method: Utilizing novel surgical and anatomical concepts yields outstanding results
Results: Statistically significant differences in lifting effects and improvement in skin laxity were observed between the two groups. The new method, with a focus on the parotideal area of the SMAS, demonstrated superior outcomes and higher patient satisfaction.
Conclusion: The parotideal regionās accessibility, increased thickness, and safety profile make it an ideal target for Ultherapy. This not only reduces the risk of nerve injury but also yields effective collagen remodeling and skin-lifting results.

Thanks. I have the Ovestin and have started today. Blessed to be Australian. $15 per tube. I will try and see if I can get a prescription for the ,3% compounding variety in a few months after trialling this. .

This is really impressive, and it doesnāt look as if there is any need for new technology. I wonder how long it will take for this to trickle down to regular clinics.

@LaraPo, hereās one write up on topical estrogens impact on skin. Iām not a scientist so Iām more than open to feedback on the quality of the information presented.

Has anyone posted about a moisturizer that includes hyaluronic acid? The options in the UK cost Ā£30 plus, and the ones from India have many unfamiliar ingredients but are much cheaper. Can anyone recommend a product? Iām trying to address dry skin resulting from three applications of adapalene and some unintentional sun exposure through my window. It might also be from the red light therapy sessions Iāve been doing, but Iām still figuring that out. Iāve read that some people need to moisturize, and I think adding a topical hyaluronic acid could help. Hereās one product I was considering:
