Do you know if some of the above speakers are in the Rapamycin field?
I don’t think any are. This seems more blood factor oriented.

Doing maths for my UK kin - looks like 6pm ‘blighty’ time
Active now - just click on the zoom link in the first post in this thread…
This just wrapped up. I managed to tune in for two of the talks and will post some screen captures of the slides for other’s benefit in the next few days. i’m not sure if this was recorded or if it will be made available online for later viewing, but hope that it is.

This was not recorded, as several people asked during the presentation.
If some one recorded this please provide a copy.
Was very good information.
How do you record Zoom presentations?
For future presentations.
Or just take screen shots of the slides… much easier to upload and share.
Use Snipping Tool to capture screenshots - Microsoft Support.

Some slides from the presentations I saw…
From Ana Gomes, PhD - “Bridging Aging and Tumoriegenesis”
(Note: I found this presentation by Ana on youtube from a few years ago, similar topic: Age-Related Metabolic Changes Drive Tumor Progression - YouTube
Ana spoke about how stress hormones (e.g. glucocoricoids / cortisol) can increase risk of cancer, how stress hormones increase with age, and how they deminish the effectiveness of many cancer therapies (so the younger you are with cancer, the better your body responds to cancer therapies).
Tony Wyss-Coray, Phd - “Young Blood for Old Brains”
Note - I think his presentation today (see slide images below) is very similar to this one he gave for the foresight institute a few months ago, and its on youtube if you want to watch it:
Today’s presentation:

Companies Tony Wyss-Coray is involved in:
This slide below was interesting… Tony talked about three major aging periods (based on periods of greatly increased levels of age-related proteins), one when we are 35 to 40, again around age 65, then again around 85. See spikes below:

Thanks for compiling these slides. I watched the talks intermittently during the day and they were all fascinating.
