on a notebook or computer? I found it’s quite a different feel.
When I walk around Hong Kong and Japan, the thing I notice most is that there are very few obese people. Most are short and skinny probably due to the fact that most people walk and take public transportation instead of drive. The people of Japan are skinnier than Hong Kongers. So, lots of walking and ideal body weight.
Next, I’d say it’s due to diet. Restaurants serve smaller portions and there are a lot of veggies in every meal along with seafood. Everything is fresh. That fish you are eating was swimming that morning or even an hour before you eat it.
Third there’s free public healthcare which is not as advanced as the USA, but a lot more accessible to the masses. Therefore the general population probably has better care overall.
Fourth, when an elderly individual is too old, the family will hire a dedicated helper who will watch over and take care of that elder. This includes cooking, caring and helping them exercise. If a family cannot afford a helper, the elder will typically move in with a family member.
Finally, Hong Kong is extremely safe. There are virtually no deaths from car collisions (because city speeds are so low). There is also virtually no crime (too many witnesses and CCTVs around). So you never have that little anxiety about your surroundings. Likewise illegal drugs and overdoses are not much of an issue.
Hong Kong has a lot going for it in terms of longevity and overall life expectancy.

My favorite was “Move to Heaven.” It remains peerless for me.
I also liked “Crash Landing on You,” “The King: Eternal Monarch,” and “Navillera.”

Sorry for the late reply.
I do it on paper personally, but I think it depends on what you have available and what gets you to routinely journal. I think the pen to paper helps me really think for a second before writing anything down(since it is harder to erase mistakes, than just erasing pencil lead or backspacing on the computer).
There is a good amount of research indicating that physically writing helps enhance memory retention and also seems to cause a better mood in comparison to typing. I think there are probably more benefits out there that I haven’t looked into, but I think at the end of the day you have to find what works best for you and gets you to actually do it.
