Previous to starting Rapa eight months ago, I was fasting about 3 days in a row, twice a year. I have not fasted since starting Rapa and I am curious how others do it. If I take Rapa on Saturday is it best to fast before, after or on Saturday?
I doubt that there are any studies s on this, but I welcome your opinion.
I can see it both ways. Taking rapa after a fast could give the rapamycin a head start it’s MTOR duties. Conversely fasting after Saturday could give the fasting a head start to do its healing.
