I’m reluctant to respond directly to your question in a public forum.
That said, if you can get a prescription (even from a foreign doctor) and you’re carrying an amount for your own consumption (e.g. 300 pills) you might not have an issue if you declare or if you get caught neglecting to declare.
Rapamycin isn’t a narcotic, it’s impossible to OD on rapamycin and it has no recreational use. The most that would happen is you’d have the pills confiscated and maybe a fine. (I’m not a lawyer and this isn’t legal advice.)

From what I’ve heard (not recommending anything) I would say most people just take it out of the packaging and put it into their bathroom bag when they pick it up in the US (I’ve heard one guy, when he purchased a bunch of rapamycin in Turkey before he flew home, put it into a couple vitamin containers), and forget about it. If you declare it, I suspect you’d run into the same issue you had with importing it and having it shipped to Canada. Just my thoughts from what I’ve heard from others.

I’ve been successful with Sirolimus a few times, but not in last 8 months. But I order a max of 180 tables. Quantity may matter- I’ve heard of shipments being seized in the US when you get into the 200s. Or it’s just a crap shoot.

Ya I’ve done both, successfully, after a couple of failures, tho it was never clear why they failed. One Canada, one US, weird circumstances, but returned eventually. Indian suppliers will reship when they get them back. I always ask for this. I had to pay shipping again on the third try with one of them. Success in the end. 180 tabs max.

Fellow Canadian here. I’m surprised that stuff is not getting through. Is the seller putting a less “flaggy” name on the package? When I would order electronics from Aliexpress they would put on the package whatever I want, are the Indian sellers giving this option.
I live in Toronto. I had two package of rapa not make it through customs from two different vendors. One in India and one in Singapore. I was not notified, they just didn’t come after months. I had the vendors resend them (for free) to parcel receiving service in Niagara, New York (CBI USA | US Mailbox Rental & US Shipping Address Services). I picked them up myself, put them in an empty vitamin tablet container, and had no issues at the border. This has been useful for other medical products that cannot be shipped to Canada, such as the CardioCheck Lipid tester.

I am from Calgary. Alberta, Canada. Just ordered today from Oddway International in India. They assured me it will get through customs, if not they will resend. A bit pricey imho. 210 USD to import a 10 pack (100 pills)! But they are guaranteeing delivery. Will keep you posted if and when it arrives

I just received my package from Oddway. They were a bit more expensive, but I decided to go with them because others had had success. They said they would have no problems and that they’d replace the shipment if it didn’t make it through.
I chose Biocon Sirolimus. Minimum order was 410 tabs. I paid USD 450. A bit expensive, but I had a trust factor for this brand and supplier. I was pretty nervous about the quantity raising flags, but it went through ok.
Oddway took them all out of the boxes and packed them into a small box. The customs label indicated “Health Care Products for Personal Use.”
Canada Customs DID open the box. Their yellow tape was on the box. So I guess maybe it depends on which individual inspector opens the box and their judgment?

I ordered last week (23 May 2024) from Oddway. Similar to the writers above, as a result that they state they will get them through or refund. Postal updates states that they have been listed on a Load plan for a flight.
I will update if/when i receive the package.
It took two weeks to arrive in Vancouver area for me. Delivered by Canada Post and requires a signature.

Will update on release.

On 04 June 2024 I just got notified that my package was released by Customs.
That would indicate they only had it for a few hours. I am assuming or hoping that it was not inspected.
Now just delivery through normal Canada Post.

And they arrived today (05 June 2024). The package was not opened by Customs. Oddway had separated out each blister pack and then re-packed them all into one box.
I would recommend using Oddway for a Canadian buyer.

Great to hear. Can you share how many tablets you ordered (total number in the box), and how large the box was approximately? Some of us wonder here if larger boxes / larger numbers of tablets get more attention by customs (and greater risk of being confiscated), or if its just a random check and some people have bad luck.
It was a total of 620 tablets repackaged in a 6x3x3 inch box. Extremely well taped as in every inch was covered in tape. The Customs declaration stated “Health care products for personal use”.

Same here. I got it from them because even if they were more expensive, they PROMISEd to redeliver if it got caught by customs(I live in Calgary). It appears to have cleared customs in Calgary. I should get it within 2-3 days

My rapamycin just arrived today (5 days took to get it from India). I used Oddway International and they Airmailed it via India Post EMS speed post. They are a little pricey (paid about 300 Canadian dollars for 100 pills using delivery However they guarnateed delivery or resend for free if it gets stopped by customs). I recommend them, good customer service. Guided me through the process as it was my first time ordering Rapamycin, or any drugs for that matter from India.

5 Days is a record I think. Its about two weeks for a delivery in California.
Just a new guy here, who’s off to a rocky start. So I tried to order from Kachhela through e-mail. He was responsive, and gave me a quote with prices, etc. Everything looked good, and in my eagerness, I wired him the transfer. Only to be told by him afterwards that he does not ship to Canada. My transfer was too deep in the process, so now I have to jump through hoops trying to get the transaction rejected or start a dispute.
