Two thoughts:

For some people it seems like too high dosages (or K2) start impacting sleep negatively (see eg @John_Hemming prior comments and I think his blog post).

You can easily test your overall K vitamin levels via blood test. I haven’t seen a K2 (or K1 or subset of K2 test), but that would be very valuable, so please shout out if you see anything on that and it could help us calibrate right dosages

K2 is not really toxicity, but too much ATP for sleep, but my sleep is now so good that i may not worry about mk-7.
