@约瑟夫_拉维尔 l just listened to a podcast with JP Errico. He was talking about the Truvaga vagal nerve stimulator(among others). I have done a lite search of the forum for vagal nerve stimulators and the Pulsetto is one of the more mentioned ones. Would you buy it again and/or like to try a different company too?

Any others with vagal nerve stimulators, please feel free to share your experiences and recommendations.

I would buy it again. It is very powerful. The device is not durable for such a cost but the warranty is good, and they honor it (I had to get a replacement after 9 mos).

I use it every night before bed.

I have a pulsetto, not nearly as good as the DIY version I use though That’s based on my morning HRV testing.
