It may have helped if you didn’t eat anything but it is easier to do without it as I can add the hemp oil or evoo.
I have tried three different Rapamycin drugs, i.e. Siroboon, Dr Reddys and one compounded by a reputable compounding pharmacy. The compounding pharmacy has theirs in an acid resistant capsule and I have tried Siroboon as delivered and in an acid resistant capsule. Dr Reddys appears to be acid resistant due to a coating on the pills.
I take 6mg once per week and have had Labcorp test my blood two hours after dosing and there has never been any Rapamycin evident in my blood.
I’ve given up on testing as has a knowledgeable Dr I know.

Next 6mg dose of Dr Reddys I will take with GFJ on an empty stomach and will get my blood tested two hours latter.

If you want to boost the absorption, have something to eat 3 hours before.

I used Doctor Reddy initially with great results. It was actually rapamune. The little yellow triangle with red lettering.
Insurance company changed me to Zydus.

Just had issues taking my blood. I think the nurse is inexperience. 2x jab and she said to me to come back tomorrow. I went to another pathology to get my blood test. 14.5 hours after rapamycin instead of 12 hours. 8mg only this time. I skip last week. Anything between 12 to 18ng/mL is what I’m looking for. If that is the case I’ll go into a 2 week cycle. Either 8mg or 10mg.

Siroash Rapamycin is popping up more and it’s cheaper. Does anyone have experience or is familiar with this brand?
Never heard of the company… I would go only with the major brands of Indian Pharma sirolimus. The small ones are much less likely to have the quality control processes in place to consistently deliver high quality product. See this thread and list of companies: Rapamycin etc., Purchase Price Comparison Spreadsheet, and Issues Discussion - #38 by RapAdmin

I agree but I ordered more Rapamycin and this is the brand that was shipped to me, despite the website showing a different brand. So now I’m stuck with it
Ah - you always have to specify in your order I want “Zydus sirolimus” (or whatever brand you want). Oh well, next time…

Ah darn I didn’t know. I got sent the same brand the last 3-4 orders so just expected the same one again this time. I got it from buy-pharma.md
When I ordered my sirolimus from an Indian pharmacy I cant remember…a bunch of agents contacted me after my enquiry…anyway i chose the fastest most sincere response and this nice lady shipped me Siraboon from Kachhela. I dont have the resources to chec k blood levels etc. But I experienced a very notable lethargy and something i never have experienced before. The aluminum sealed tablets definitely have something in them but what? Has anyone here had intense side effects right at the beginning of taking rapamycin?
I don’t doubt they had rapamycin in them - the issue is the amount and quality control. Some people have done testing and found them effective and some others have tested and found they did not seem to have much potency; so this suggests a poor level of quality control (a wide variation in the amount of rapamycin in tablets). That is why I would not purchase them.

How do Sirboon—Rapacan— siromus compare to each other?
I was quoted $102/100 of siromus.
$60/100 of Rapacan and $40/100 of Sirboon.

Welcome!
I’ll let someone else answer your question, but if you happen to be in the US, and if you have an rx, I wanted to let you know that through good rx, you can get 180 pills for aprox 110 at your pharmacy.

Thank you Beth,
That’s an amazing deal on Rapamycin, but I don’t have a prescription or a doctor. I’m scheduled to meet with a new doctor in June 2026. Healthcare is awful over hear and I hear it probably won’t get better.

The Zydus Siromus, and Biocon/Eris Rapacan are probably your best options. Zydus seems to be the highest quality provider and most consistent. Biocon/Eris Rapacan less so, and at the bottom is Siroboon. People have reported widely variable results with Siroboon; they are the smallest of companies on the list, and so I suspect their quality control is not nearly as good as the larger companies (Zydus is the largest, and sells globally, a multi-billion $ company).

Little update on the Siroash brand here. I’ve been using it and it seems totally fine. I don’t notice any difference compared to the other brands I have used.

I’m so surprised anyone is still considering Siroboon unless I’ve misunderstood the results I’ve seen posted on this forum of blood tests showing little or inconsistent serum concentrations.
The price is tempting, but I would definitely go with Rapacan or the Zydus product.
