Thanks, that is why I wrote that it seems to be a bit low as from what I see from the chart (I zoomed in) is that the max level for 1 mg rapamycin is ~12 ng/mL (highest square point I can find)

I think this is completely within the range of ānormalā given the individual variations in responses to rapamycin, and the extreme difficulty in ācatchingā any early levels of rapamycin (after the first few hours when it shoots up, then shoots back down).
The graph used that @NorwayOrSweden posted is for liquid sirolimus so its not going to be exactly the same for tablet-based sirolimus.
And you can see from the SD (standard deviation) in this report, there is quite a variance. I wouldnāt worry about your supply of rapamycin, your response suggested its within the range of normal potency.
Note: the above data is from this study: Pharmacokenetics and Safety of a Single Dose of Rapamycin (sirolimus) in Healthy Males , which used a liquid version of sirolimus. Results may be slightly different for tablet-based formulations of sirolimus.

This is what I have received according to Forveda India:
*30 strips (300 tablets) Rapacan 1 mg @ 150 Euros
34 strips (204 tablets) Siromus 1 mg @ 187 Euros"
This is better price quoted by Jagdish who quoted me $1.33 per mg of Sirolimus by Zydus plus shipping of $36. Here is his quote:
Am thinking one is almost better off just to buy local with GoodRx coupons.

How long does Maulik usually take before sending out a package? Does he provide a tracking number? Iāve been waiting a week and he always says heāll be sending it soon. I didnāt have to wait long for Jagdish.
It variesā¦ I think sometimes they need to get product from the middle man and then they ship it. If itās on hand they ship quickly, if not, it can take a week or more

~5-6 days from submitting your credit card number.
Overall I receive packages 1-3 weeks earlier than I did with Jagdish and part of that is he uses a different India Post class than Speed Post which is ironic because it is faster than Speed Post. His packages clear U.S. customs much faster than the packages from Jagdish.
Also, I donāt have to sign for the packages from Maulik and Maulik is significantly cheaper than Jagdish.

Desert Shores: could you post contact information for Maulik? Does he take credit card? or ā what form of payment?
I have ordered from Jagdish several times using WISE and it went perfectly. I recently used WISE, and just got notified that they are closing my account ā this was after I submitted payment for Rybelsus ā it was a larger dollar amount than previous purchases so wondering if that triggered it. WISE returned my funds.
Would appreciate any suggestions for how to pay. Rybelsus is expensive, so may be forced to order small quantities . . . .
Yes, he accepts Visa.
It is quite straightforward. Email Maulik asking for a quote and furnishing him with your mailing address.
He will respond with a price, shipping transaction cost, and payment link.
After you pay notify him that you have paid.
He will respond and tell you when your package will be sent.

Iāve ordered from him twice and he has always shipped within a week, but there were mistakes with both orders.
In June, he left out brand name dapagliflozin (Forxiga) entirely and did not tell me. When I got the package and asked him where the dapa was he said that Indian Customs made him take it out but he forgot to tell me. Jagdish also told me he canāt ship Forxiga anymore, so I believed Maulik. He offered me a refund or to ship a generic at his expense. He did ship a larger quantity of the generic (price equivalent).
Since he made it right I ordered again in July, but asked him to split the quantities of each medication between two packages because it was a large amount. I wanted to get at least half my order if one package was seized.
He āforgotā to do the split, and instead just sent me some of the meds in their entirety. He told me this the day after Indian Customs had already cleared the shipment. We waited for the first package to clear US customs before he sent the next one. I asked him if everything was included in the second shipment but he said he āforgotā to include one medication. It was only after I asked that he told me this. He gave me a refund for the amount.
At best, heās incompetent. At worst, heās running a scam hoping that people wonāt notice missing items. Either way, buyer beware with Maulik.

I donāt think Maulik is the brightest bulb, but I donāt think he is a scammer.
My packages from Maulik have arrived faster than from any other vendor.
I am on my 7th order from Maulik with no problems.
I do keep my orders simple though. I have never asked him to split an order etc.

Does Maulik give a tracking number? Itās been a week now and nothing. I ordered a years supply of Galantamine for about 150 USD.

I received a notice from the FDA that a Rapa package from Oddway has been detained and is subject to refusal and administrative destruction. Am I correct in understanding that thereās no point in responding if there is no Rx?
Also, does the detention of this package increase the likelihood of scrutiny for any future packages sent to the same address? Or is this more vendor-dependent. I wonder if itād be a bad idea to re-order, especially form Oddway.

Iāve always gotten a tracking number from him.
Ask him for one.
It is disturbing that another great supplier is stating to have some negative comments.
Is it a coincidence that as soon as a number of us from this forum start buying from them
their quality of service decreases?
I have had several great suppliers from India until they werenāt

If you read the entire thread, Oddway doesnāt have the best prices or reputation.
They seem to have a higher-than-average number of packages seized, maybe just a coincidence.

Iāve ordered thousands of pills from Jagdish with no problem. I went with Maulik this time because Jagdish couldnāt sell me what I wanted. Iām hoping he will send me a tracking number soon.

Yes, that is the problem that I have with Jagdish. Not that I have asked him to send me anything that I thought would get me in trouble with customs.
Ordering anything from India is a little sketchy.

Iām watching this space very carefully, because in about 3 weeks I want to place an order with an Indian pharmacy. My intended order:
- 300 pills Bempedoic acid 180mg + Ezetimibe 10mg
- 300 pills Empagliflozil 25mg
- 300 pills Sirolimus 1mg Biocon
- 300 pills Telmisartan 40mg
Iām not sure if it makes sense to buy telmisartan from India, but this is my preliminary list. My idea was to repeat this exact order once a month for the next 5 months, so I end up with 1500 pills of each med by the end of January 2025, before the real hot weather in India starts for real.
Does an order of this size make sense? Iām basing the 300 pills of each on the idea that this is the upper number of pills in a package the U.S. Customs is less likely to seize. Obviously, Iād like a reasonably reliable supplier. I have not settled on the supplier as yet, though I gather Nibahealthcare (Jagdish?) has a good reputationā¦ Iād be happy with a decent price, but am not obsessed with rock bottom, Iād sooner pay a touch more for more reliability.
Does this plan make sense, or am I going wrong here with this plan? I apologize for the dumb questions, but Iāve never done this before,

Iāve ordered all of those medications in those amounts from Jagdish with no problem. It makes sense to me. Good luck!

It looks like everything everyone has said about Maulik is accurate. Iāll update when meds are received. Iāll deal with it due to the cheaper cost and expanded availability.
I now have a tracking number.
