I am not sure why he keeps saying “new bank details”
This is the one I am using and it works fine:

Yes, that made it confusing. Thanks for the response. Otherwise when I reached out to him he answered me immediately and that was at 11:30 AM Arizona time. Got the invoice right away. My payment with wise seem to transfer more quickly this time as well.

As I had mentioned earlier USPS has lost my last order. Has anyone of you had a similar experience, and how you dealt with it. Obviously i emailed Anil politely asking for a replacement order, but as is the case with most indian suppliers they go MIA when an issue appears lol. Have not heard from him.

Given that you can monitor levels, I think so long as the generic is a consistent source, the answer to monitor a level and adjust your dose. Also take with a consistent amount of fat to aide in absorption.

It is really interesting with this - I had something sit in Customs in NYC ISIC for 2 weeks plus recently.
The Rapapro is a decent option, is a bit more $$ than doing it from India, where I’ve been able to obtain for as little as 0.70/mg. I however have seen with GoodRx and pharmacies like Walgreens we are under $3/mg. I think the issue is getting a consistent supplier for the generic and at least checking a level 20 hours or so after to make sure you are getting a reasonable level.
For folks doing higher doses, e.g. for high chance of neurocognitive decline - I think there is a need to do a level at 20 hrs, but also one 30-36 hours after, to actually establish what one’s personal half-life of rapamycin is. The range can be quite wide and you don’t want to be doing 15 mg every 7 days and being under high level MTORC1 inhibition the whole time. If your T1/2 if 30 hrs, it is a different situation than if your T1/2 if 65 hrs (which is the typical for daily dosing).
I think the standard dosing of 5-7 mg/week probably fine for most - but if you are pushing the doses, or need to modify the dosing interval (e.g. you might need a 14 day interval depending on T1/2) you probably need a physician who is clearly clued in on pharmacodynamics as it isn’t necessarily simple.
Interested in thoughts on all this?

I am going to stick to my 6mg every 21 days or less frequently. I had a dose today which was 28 days after the previous dose.

I think it is a cyclical issue.

I used to do every two weeks 3mg with GPJ (two hours before and with the pills), but after 5-6 days my body seems to be slacking, so now I’m back at once-a-week 3mg +GFJ and feel better. I guess we are all different.

We are all different. I do a lot of other things.

Update: Thought it is fair to update everyone, This morning received an email from Anil and he said they’ll send me a new order in next couple days. A very nice unexpected surprise. So far, I see no reason to look elsewhere for my meds.

Not sure what’s happening with them. I placed an order for ezetimibe about 12 days ago along with a bank transfer and have heard nothing from him despite multiple emails. Not sure if it’s still legit.

very nice. what is anil’s contact info?

I always deal with him Via email and he always responds within 24 hours. for the order that was lost it took him a bit longer, but that is to be expected. BTW, his price has always been the cheapest when i initially shopped around by at least 10% (I don’t slice and dice too much since we are getting insane good prices for the quality we are getting, but still 10% in few hundred dollars pays for the shipping). You probably could even mention me (Tom) as someone that suggested him, since I’ve had a very good relationship with him, and have always been very proper in exchanges with him.

email is: kmpl1015@gmail.com

Jagdish is out of Bempedoic Acid. Who is the next most reliable Indian pharmacy? I need to order for my parents, so it can be shipped by EMS to the USA.

Here is a supplier that I used in the past with reasonable prices and quick delivery.
They will supply things that Jadgish won’t ship.

This the brand I use. I have noticed benefits and am happy with the results. I even used some of their stock that had issues, and was happy with the results. Apparently it contained less active ingredient that promised, but it still worked. They had the integrity to offer compensation without being asked for it.

Is there risk management or a strategy for how much one should order at one time in the event shipments are held by customs or other snafus?

I’m thinking of ordering Brill EZ, Rapa, and Praluent/Repatha (all Rx’d by my doc/vet) if I can figure out if it makes sense to order from India given the risks of the latter drug only being viable at temperatures between 68F-77F for 30 days after out of refrigeration (36F-46F). Might need to order that from a reliable pharmacy in Europe.

If anyone has ordered Repatha from Europe, please share with whom you’ve had success .

These threads get pretty long, so someone has probably already suggested costplusdrugs.com They had good pricing. I’m in the US and have a prescription.

I am working on my first order from RL Pharma. Jagdish is pretty responsive to my many email questions. after going to my bank and not getting a warm fuzzy that they know how to correctly do a wire to India, I am setting up a wise.com account. It seems that if you pay in INR the fees are less than if you pay in USD due to USD needing a SWIFT transfer. any feedback?
