An update on my order with RL Pharma / NIBA Healthcare:
After 2 weeks of multiple WhatsApp and email inquiries went unanswered, I told Jagdish I’ll be reporting this to the authorities if I don’t hear back. Jagdish suddenly responded, claiming that he never received the wire. I asked Schwab, my bank, to put a trace on the wire. Schwab provided a Fed reference confirmation # and a SWIFT MT103 code confirming that the wire was received by the recipient bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank. I provided the tracking information to Jagdish. Jagdish maintains that he has not received the wire.
At this point I don’t see any recourse for getting RL Pharma / NIBA to make good on my purchase. I am chalking up the $153 paid as an expensive lesson to never do business with RL Pharma / NIBA again.
Prologue:
I reordered the same product from Apple Pharmaceuticals on Mon and sent funds by wire via Schwab. By Tues, Apple has already sent me a tracking number for the shipment.

I would like to add my recent experience with Kachhela Medex of India sending meds to UK. I asked for a quote by email to Anil Gangwani kmpl1015@gmail.com. He replied in around 24 hours with the following quote which I thought was excellent:
600 Acarbose 50mg $ 60 USD
200 Ezetimibe 10mg $ 20 USD
200 Colchicine 0.5mg $ 10 USD
Shipping charges $ 30 USD
Total $ 120 USD
I paid him successfully via Wise as he requested and within 24 hours he gave me an IndiaPost tracking number. This never really updated after an entry saying bagged at Mumbai Airport, however after just over one week my package was safely delivered to my home by the Royal Mail. It was very well packaged and I would have no hesitation in using their services again.

Thats almost $7 per mg, yes - thats a very high price. You can get it for about half that price from Bulgaria: Rapamune Sirolimus 1 mg * 10 Pfizer – BG pharmaceuticals
Or around $1/mg from India for a generic.

thank you I thought it sounded outlandish.
Another new India pharmacy… they say they accept Wise, and even Zelle payments. Prices are listed on the site in US dollars, and vary by purchase volume. I’ve got no experience with them, but they seem legit (from people on other forums I know). I get the feeling that if you have other low price offers from other vendors that the prices might be variable (as they are with almost all the Indian pharmacies… )

Hi i have had difficult getting a script in USA from GP then neurologist (yet they will sign you up for CV vax back before it was tested, or known efficacy or side effects go figure).

do i need a script? and/or would a script from a Mexican doc work? they are legit.

None of the Indian pharmacies (that people use here) require prescriptions…

@denny i wanted to add to this discussion that I had a positive experience in placing an order with Jagdish this last week. I have not received my order yet but I did get a tracking number after my payment was received. The only hassle I had was waiting for wise to confirm my bank info, and then the strange delays in payments arriving from each source. Assuming the package arrives, I would not hesitate to use Jagdish again. The bank info I was told to use was the same as you were told to use.

I received my order from Welcome Healthcare 100 1mg Sirolimus 165 bucks total includes 55 shipping and 10 for paypal, Ordered on 8/29 in my po bx 9/14. quick and no signature.

Do you live in the US? If that’s the case, you might be able to bargain down the shipping cost next time. For my shipments, the actual postage paid for shipping by Indiapost/EMS to San Diego is about the equivalent of $25USD. If you still have the packaging, check the shipping label.

No - someone posted the site in the Facebook Rapamycin group and said they shipped quickly at a reasonable price, so I added it to the list here. I have no experience with the group.
May I ask how long it took him to receive payment? I placed an order on 10 September using Wise, it was withdrawn from my bank account in Sept 12, and I asked Jagdish for an update on payment receipt on Sept 16. I asked again yesterday. He has ignored me since I sent payment and I am wondering if I am getting ripped off or if this is normal for him.
