I have used it ( paid 600 euros for 15 sessions ) but got best results in combination with intense exercising ( without exercising it was useless and enough exercising seemed to give same results; obviously doing both is probably the best way to get sculpted abdominals but considering time and money may not be worth it unless you have it at home maybe

Sorry for late reply but been away and still lots to catch up with from this excellent blog

KneesOverToes guy is internet famous for his extreme leg exercises. I found great pain relief in his “walk backwards on the treadmill” exercise. It is a wonderful exercise.

How is it from a comfort perspective?

Additionally if you watch his video, he’s mixing quite lot of different styles of exercises, like knee joint strengthening and leg isometric exercises. Zone 5 and 2 cardio training shoulder and orthosomic rows etc…

Maybe I have a bit of ADHD, not sure, but I’ve been involved a number of different physical activities over my 63 years and it is really hard for me to stick with something for more than a few years.

I’ve dabbled in:

  • ice hockey as a youth
  • league baseball as a youth
  • basketball as a youth
  • 10 different martial arts over my life
  • compound bow archery
  • 3 gun shooting (rifle, shotgun, handgun)
  • bicycle racing late teen / early 20’s and then again at 35.
  • serious weight lifting at around 35, but involved for my whole life

I’m looking at Bryan Johnson’s protocol, and trying to follow along in some respects. Since he came on the scene I walk more now, take many supplements, and eat far more fruits and vegetables. It’s a huge win for my family and me. But I don’t have access to much else due to income.

For him, he can do it all, he has the income and access to all of the food…but he is a young guy compared to me, and I just wonder if he can keep this up for 20, 30, 40 years? I like him, and I wish him nothing but the best for doing this and inspiring people. But I wonder if he will be able to stick with this for the long term.

There is a mental aspect to this where if breakthroughs do not seem to be happening he may throw in the towel. I hope that he never gets there and he sticks with it. I don’t think I could do his protocol for 10 years even. It seems too strict. I cannot be this focused for 10 years, maybe 3 years!

EVERYONE SHOULD ROOT FOR HIM!

On abdominals it is just a bit annoying the first seconds but you get used to it ; on other body parts it’s actually rather relaxing

I’m not sure, but I don’t think arrogance is the way to win any hearts and minds.

And why does his abdomen look a bit funky/bumpy?

Bryan is really using up his weirdness points.

It looks bumpy bc he has zero fat on his belly. IMO he looks good for his age, but I don’t see that he looks 18.

Yeah I was wondering if he had liposuction in the past

I noticed the odd shape on his stomach too, bumps - plus his belly-button is a slit - not round. That is a dead give away of an older guy. Even one in great shape loses the round belly-button.

That said, I have a very nice round belly button - thanks to rapamycin ridding me of my visceral fat.

Looking like you might be below 20% BF now?

Yes on my DEXA it was at the 20% (might be a bit lower now since that test last June 2022) area in green normal. I have a weight set point of about 180 -182 (82 Kilo) now for past 3 years. 6 ft. tall.

I found rapamycin has shreded a lot of any extra fat. Why you can see abs and popped veins.

Should we start a competition for the best belly button now? :grinning:

His abs area is totally weird and gross. Maybe using all that EMS has stimulated muscles that weren’t meant to be stimulated lol. Also the hands and fingers look old and gnarly.

IMO he used to look normal and actually cute in his “before” days, now it’s just … deep in the uncanny valley, but thankfully he doesn’t care what I or anyone else thinks. And maybe he’ll live forever. But if I were him and had the budget to blow I’d be looking for a pill or laser treatment to make my face look like whenever this pic was taken.
