Level headed doc. In total agreement with what he said.

Based on what the agentsmith said, the age prediction generated by the model is variant with respect of the background/ lighting. This is not what you want happening. Looks like they need to rework their ml before it is of any use.
There appear to be slightly differing opinions on that…
This therapy is ideal for the delicate skin on the eyes, face, neck, chest, and hands.

Tixel is suitable for treating fine lines, wrinkles, sun damage, age spots, active acne, acne scars, pore size, lip lines, forehead lines, crepey skin on the eyelids, crow’s feet and neck folds among others. Body parts such as abdomen, knees and arms also get great results

Seems like it could be used anywhere you want to tighten skin or improve skin health or “quality”.

This seems like something that a few friends could get together to purchase and then pass the device around between them, perhaps every month.
At $1600 to $2000 per device it would only be approximately, $500 to $700 per person.
Talk to your friends… And report back your results…

Thanks so much for sharing : I pulled the trigger on mine as well ( from Alibaba ) but to reduce costs I asked oversea shipping so will only arrive end of June or beginning July : since am away travelling for the moment I will look further into it again the next weeks but very much looking forward to your updates and will obviously do the same . I have another appointment when am back with the doctor who did the first treatment on me to see results after 8 weeks ( with professional fotos, my cell phone pictures are not clear enough ) but I can see improvements myself already (on one side of my mouth the lines practically seem to have disappeared when I look in the mirror ; on the other side - with more lines-, result is less spectacular/ visible). But curious to see the doctor’s precise pictures in a couple of weeks.

Great, look forward to your experience! I will experiment with pushing the neocollagenesis from inside and outside on a certain day: Tixel procedure, + activate MTOR before the procedure to push the building of new collagen (Efficient Combination of Longevity Strategies - #32 by SilentWatcher) (but no workout after tixel), + support the neocollagenesis with supplementation of collagen peptides / hyaluron / ceramides and apply mesotherapy complex on open channels → having inside/outside triggers (holistic approach). Will share experience.

I still have not received my machine but went today to get some professional “ after” pictures taken and the difference with the “ before” pictures was visible ( and should still improve I was told in the next 2 months).
Results are not dramatic but good enough to wanting to repeat: best visible results are around eyes and neck wrinkles ; but overall, all wrinkles, pores and skin quality improved. unfortunately the quality of my mobile pictures diminished the visibility of the results so I d rather not attach them
( still if someone wants to see them just ask and I can send them privately).

Are you just seeing reduction in wrinkles or have you noticed any skin tightening?

I particularly noticed constant skin tightening in the weeks afterwards ( as if I had constantly a mask on that tightened the skin) am not sure if I got used to it and that it is still there , or whether it decreased . From what I was told and read it is probably still there but one gets used to it ?
Anyway am pleased with the results and look forward to seeing results after a next session ( just hope I will be able to do it on myself without accidents
)

Yes. Always hard to tell I think. Good luck. I’ve been planning on doing it, but have a have 2 and a half hour drive to find a clinic that doesn’t charge an arm and an exorbitant amount.

I tried that Novoslab and I question the results. It says I look 13 years younger, and I really doubt that.
I think the Age detection software - Visage Technologies is more accurate… as they are not trying to sell anything other than their A.I., so accuracy would be more important for them.
It showed 7 years younger, which still seems like a stretch, but at least more accurate.

How Retinol Cosmetics Change Skin at a Chemical Level
Experts explain the differences between popular retinol products and the way they trigger molecular changes deep in the skin
Most dermatologists estimate that retinol is roughly 10 times less potent than tretinoin, meaning that when retinol undergoes the conversion process, only about 10 percent of it becomes retinoic acid. (In the majority of tretinoin products, the concentration of that active ingredient is typically 0.025 to 0.1 percent.) That’s why over-the-counter products contain higher concentrations of retinol, says Farris. “We have to ‘flood’ the skin” with the product, she explains, because only a fraction of retinol is enzymatically converted.
Once it’s applied, retinoic acid gets to work on the signs of aging skin. As people grow older, sun exposure and pollutants, combined with lifestyle factors such as stress and lack of sleep, lead to the production of free radicals, says Farris. Free radicals are highly reactive molecules that can damage skin cells. Skin experiences oxidative stress when it cannot neutralize these free radicals with antioxidants. This stress increases the production of enzymes called matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), which break down collagen and the other kinds of “cement” that hold skin cells together, says Zakia Rahman, a clinical professor of dermatology at the Stanford University School of Medicine.

Bryan focusing on his skin care routing this morning on twitter: x.com
How to Care For Your Skin
Skin is the largest organ of our bodies. Up until just a few years ago, I kind of destroyed mine. I regularly got sunburns, had a poor diet, and didn’t really do anything to nurture healthy skin. Now in my 40s, the damage is apparent.
When we started Blueprint, we had the goal to measure every organ of the body, including skin, and slow its speed of aging and reverse the aging damage. I had a lot of skin aging damage, and we’ve used various technologies to measure my skin age.
When I started Blueprint, my skin was in the 98th percentile for damage, with a skin age of 64. Now, my skin age has improved to between 37 and 42.
Skin care basics
This may seem like a long list but they’re really all habits that you’ll soon forget you’re doing.
-
Get sunlight early in the mornings and later in the afternoons
-
Avoid direct sun exposure when the UV index is high (10 am - 4 pm)
-
If in the sun during high UV times, use clothing, a UV umbrella or wear a hat and or mineral sunscreen
-
Prioritize your sleep
-
And eat a Blueprint-like healthy diet
-
Avoid junk/fried/highly processed foods
-
Consume 20-30 grams of collagen peptides daily. It’s good to pair Vitamin C with peptides, which the Blueprint stack has. Also, Blueprint collagen peptides are coming soon.
-
Supplements: Niacinamide (15 mg in Blueprint Essential Capsules) and hyaluronic acid (120 mg in Blueprint Longevity Mix)
My daily protocol
-
A body wash, face wash, moisturizer (Body, Face) + vitamin C and Retinol.
-
Sunscreen - (Link). Blueprint sunscreen coming Dec 2024.
-
Creams - a few worth considering: niacinamide, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid and tretinoin (an Rx). There are seemingly endless skin cream options to choose from and my experience has been that they are only marginally helpful. If you find one that is meaningfully effective, please share!
Note: if you have your face wash or moisturizer that you like, great. The above are options.
Pro tips
-
Other UV Protection: UV-tinted windows (blocks 99% of UV) and a UV umbrella when outside.
-
Prescription: I microdose Accutane (40mg weekly) for blemish free skin and anti-aging benefits. Requires a doctor’s prescription. Alternatives include over-the-counter retinols. (Link)
-
Red Light Therapy: Three 12-minute full body sessions per week for collagen production, healing, and mitochondrial health. Note, if you don’t have easy access to red light therapy, don’t worry. The basics are a great place to start.
Measuring skin health
We measure my progress and tailor treatments with Multispectral Imaging. It provides detailed views of skin health, tracking UV damage, pore size, and spots. Reveals much more than the eyes can see. Some wellness clinics offer this service, you can search locally to find one.

Bryan Johnson got so much hate, it must have taken a toll on his mental health. I found it really saddening at moments to see the way he was attacked or ridiculised. I like how honest and open he is about what he is doing. It’s courageous too.
He looks great, and certainly achieved what he aimed for: his face looks more padded/softer and younger, yet natural in this video. Personally I find a well-defined face/cheekbones strikingly beautiful and to me his face in the 2023/2024 pictures looks very appealing. But with all the comments about his looks, I can see why he tried to get some facial fat back.

“We just couldn’t continue it”
The Bogdanov process should’ve continued. Ignore the haters.

Maybe some people hate him, certainly not me. I think he’s doing us a service and I appreciate it, but he sets himself up to be talked about and criticized. It wouldn’t be honest to only comment on things he’s doing well, he puts it all out there. Way too much info on some of his body parts.
I agree he looks young here. Maybe he should change his slogan to “Don’t die (and look really good)”.

Critique is of a different nature, I find. Imho his sharing (or potential oversharing), doesn’t warrant the downright vile comments he tends to get on social media outlets.
