I’ve been working out for nearly 4 weeks now
Maybe after a couple more months I’ll post a “topless” pic LoL!
Speaking of topless, it’s legal for anyone to go topless in Ontario. When the law was challenged in 1996 and the Ontario Court of Appeal de-criminalized it, my buddies and I were stoked! Expecting to see a lot more toplessness but seems like even the ladies who fought for the right to bare (mostly) all, are not as enthusiastic about it as we hoped LoL!

Interview with Dave Pascoe by Michael Lustgarten.
I just memory time traveled when Dave mentioned P90X. I have not heard that for a long time.

Dave Pascoe looks absolutely amazing. Having said that: his lifestyle routine does look like a fulltime job - including the number of supplements he takes. I’m wondering up to what extent such rigorous/extensive supplement regimens really have an appreciable effect on health span. (Albeit of course also depending on types of supplements, but with consumption of such high numbers of supplements, do we still have a clue about the effects and interactions either way?)
Hats off to him that he can keep up with such a detailed regimen. (I’m probably too chaotic to ever be able to achieve that).
