While I admire Michaels’s fortitude in meticulously adjusting his diet and recording his results, I only find it mildly helpful.
Why? Because in no conceivable way am I going to follow in his footsteps.
I have watched his videos for quite some time and have gleaned some useful information, but I am finding them a little tedious at this time.
His information is only mildly useful in that it is an N=1 experiment that may or may not have the same results for someone else.

Kudos to him for achieving such good results without using a boatload of supplements.

In the meantime, I will be following DuPont de Nemours, Inc.'s slogan: “Better Living Through Chemistry”
