After receiving a suspected diagnosis of as yet undetermined dementia at a young age, I have spent the last few weeks looking at all the material available to me on the subject. I have always been a biohacker and self-experiment enthusiast and have already had some experiences, including with rapamycin, which means that I feel like I am not deteriorating quite as quickly. I also take a form of pomegranate extract, NAC, doxycycline, metformin, simvastatin, Nad+ and Isrib, although I have some concerns about Isrib. During my research I came across a substance and a signaling pathway for various neurodegenerative diseases, the retromer or its regulation of protein trafficking. In almost all dementia-like diseases there seems to be a defect in the trafficking of proteins. Trafficking defects seem to be a common problem and are also plausible, as they are an explanation why neurodegeneration continues even when, for example, misfolded proteins are reduced. Tpt 260 Dyhydrochloride strengthens the function of the retromer chaperones and thus counteracts neurodegeneration. If I could order from Selleckchem I would test it, I’m really looking for an opportunity.

This is a video about the effect of IR light on dementia:

Personally I think UVB is equally important to health and I use Sperti. If you don’t want to spend money and time on lights, take off most of your clothes and spend more time outside in the sun.
